Excellent room with all the required amenities. Very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful
Newly modernised with all the amenities you would expect of a good quality 4 star hotel by Western standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a specific mention to Fatima on Front Desk who went out of her way to help us with things like taxis and navigating around Multan.
Suggested improvements: the quality of the bed mattress should be upgraded.

The staff is very professional and welcoming, rooms are clean and comfortable, room service is also very good , Umar and neha at reception were very friendly and professional
The lift is bit slow and temperature is bit hot but rest facilities are value for money, best in range nearby locality
Very comfortable rooms, bordering on luxurious, extremely clean room and bathroom. The staff was very attentive to requests and and promptly helped out with anything that was required.
