Kinda icky.
Pros:

Location was close to Haeundae strip and the staff was nice. Good housekeeping.

Cons:

Room smelled like cigarettes, bed was super hard, and the place had the overall vibe of a sex motel (condoms and lube provided at bedside table). Not a family friendly place.

Good for short stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful !

Cons:

No kettle !
The toilet seat did not clean properly as there was urine stain when we check in.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

We booked a hotel to come and found it was a love motel that they don't even use toilet tissue or change the soap.
Also, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and cause neck and back pain. However, the worst thing is that we found the sheets stained. We just ended up booking a different hotel for the rest of the trip.
Definitely do not recommend this place

Good impression being my first visit to Busan.
Pros:

Location is good and lots of food outlet and convenience store around the area. Can easily get Kakao Taxi.

Reception staff is friendly. Wish they can speak a little more English.

Good enough and great location in Haeundae
Pros:

Location was great, right off the main drag with easy walking to restaurants and shops. Check in was seamless and very confidential. Room was large and spacious, no frills.

Cons:

The bed was rock hard (good for sex I suppose), and the huge bathtub (biggest I've seen in a hotel) filled surprisingly quickly but was certainly dated and needed a revamp.
