Friendly and clean
Pros:

The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. This hotel was clean and I was happy with my stay.. room was a tad tiny but that’s to be expected in Japan.

Beautiful Kyoto hotel
Pros:

Good location, quite hotel, it was my 2nd time visiting it and I knew what to expect. Great value for money

Cons:

Although the first time I stayed in the hotel, I knew the TV didn't function properly, I hoped it will be different during 2nd visit - unfortunately I was wrong. Netflix worked ok on the tv, however, there were sound issues on it. Tv was clearly very outdated. Also, the sound riverb was strange in the room (due to window styling)

Very good location. Kind and friendly staff! Modern style. I recommend the place.

Cons:

The only one sink in the room was located in the bedroom and no espresso machine in the restaurant in the hotel.

A pochi passi dalla metro e dal mercato
Pros:

Personale molto o disponibile, posizione a circa 600m dalla metropolitana. Ubicato in un quartiere con tanti ristoranti . Colazione con anche qualche proposta occidentale e pancake.

Cons:

Sarebbe da migliorare un pochino la pulizia degli spazi comuni

Overall we were happy with our stay at Vista Premio. Good location and staff very friendly
Pros:

The location is very convenient for visiting Kyoto, easy access to the subway and the bus, walking distance to many shops and restaurant.

Cons:

The dining experience is not really as described in the presentation. We have been looking for the local specialities .... but we also have to say that we might have stayed too long in the hotel ......

Pros:

房間的優點是浴室很大淋浴的地方還有小板凳可以作者比較舒服。不滿意的是早餐西方人住宿比較多，所以大都以西式為主，餐廳人員的服務態度也不是和善。到現在了日本還是對西方人比較友善

不會再選擇去住有沒有改善對我來講沒有差了
