Great hotel in a really good location
Pros:

Great location, a short walk to the Nishiki Markets and within close walking distance to main bus and train lines to visit temples and shrines. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Superbe hôtel très bien situé à Kyoto, le personnel est sympathique et souriant. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Nous avons utilisé Sagawa dans le hall pour envoyer notre valise directement à notre hôtel de Tokyo et ce fut un vrai plus.

Cons:

Il manque une machine à café et une fontaine à eau en libre service (comme nous avons eu dans tous les autres hôtels au Japon.

Location was great, the hotel is really good and the people are super available for everything. They helped us a lot with the laundry service and the transportation of the luggages.

整潔舒適又溫馨的住所
Pros:

房間乾淨整潔，氣味令人感到舒適溫馨。浴室保持得非常乾淨，還有大浴缸能泡澡，熱水充足。
前台服務人員親切接待，讓我們在京都旅遊的這七天每天回到飯店都感到像回到家一樣。
牙刷、梳子等備品可以視需要免費在前台取用。
飯店地點靠近錦市場，附近有許多好餐廳。坐地鐵烏丸線到四條站從四號出口出來有電梯可以搭乘，走大約600公尺就可以到達飯店，交通方便。
若再度拜訪京都，我會再次選擇這家旅店。

Cons:

房間稍微小，28吋五五開的行李箱不容易平放打開，若改為上掀式的行李箱入住會比較合適。
清潔方面若是硬要找缺點的話，就是沖澡的白色小座椅側面是發黃的，沒有刷乾淨，希望房務清潔人員再加強細節。
