Ein hidden-Place in Venedig, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkundigen. Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel abseits der Touristenströme. Eine Vaporetto-Station ist direkt vor dem Hotel und zu Fuß zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig und gut und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Preise an der Hotelbar sind sehr hoch. Ein kleines Bier (0,33 l) aus der Flasche kostete 10 Euro, dies ist selbst für Vendigverhältnisse viel zu teuer.

Pros:

The location is superb!
There is a water bus stop right outside and plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minute walk. We played cards and had drinks at the bar on most evenings and the staff were ever so lovely and my boys loved the free crisps.

The staff at breakfast were incredibly friendly and so accommodating. Reception staff quickly helped as after checkout we realised that my son had left his beloved teddy at the hotel and the staff located it and sent her over in the post to the UK. Something I am very grateful for as the teddy has been with him since he was a baby

Cons:

We had no drawers/ wardrobe in the suite so there wasn’t anywhere you could unpack your clothes to.

I also appreciate that hotels need reviews but I found it a bit off putting that I was asked to leave a positive review as the hotel was trying to improve their score.

They said
“At the moment we are quoted 9.4 and we would love to improve our ranking. If your staying was good and you feel that we deserve it, please mind that any score lower than 10 will not impact well in our general ranking”

I think if you want to improve your score you should ask customers what can we do better not telling them what scores to give. As a business owner myself I think you should welcome feedback even constructive criticism as that helps you improve your services and generate those 10 point reviews organically

L'attention et la bienveillance du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Le veilleur de nuit a oublié de nous réveiller pour notre départ. De plus nous avions fait le check-out la veille de notre départ et le veilleur de nuit nous a retardé en nous empêchant tôt de l'hôtel. Le veilleur de nuit a voulu refaire le check-out alors qu'on lui avait dit que le check-out avait été effectué la veille. Il a fallut montrer la facture payée de l'hôtel. Je lui ai dit qu'on était pressé on devait prendre le bateau rapidement pour l'aéroport. Il nous a retardé par son manque de confiance en nous alors que nous sommes restés 10 nuits à l'hôtel et que tout était déjà prepayé avant notre arrivée avec Booking.
Il manquait une machine à café dans la chambre.
