Loved this hotel!

The A/C was great, breakfast was delicious, and the staff saved us by arranging a private taxi to pick us up at the hotel for our early morning flight. This was a lifesaver, as we needed to be at the airport long before public transportation began for the day.

Cons:

Just a reminder that many European hotels mean a double *bed* when you select two beds, so confirm that detail before your stay.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Der Empfangsservice ist immer sehr aufmerksam und gibt dem Gast ein sehr gutes Gefühl, obwohl das Hotel scheinbar eine neue Leitung hat. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit. Leider wurde dadurch nicht berücksichtigt, dass wir bereits das dritte Mal da waren.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hat uns gestört, dass das Personal die Stühle immer lautstark an die Tische ran geschoben hat Ohr dabei auf die anderen Gäste zu achten. Ebenso fand ich es schade, dass es morgens immer nur eine Schüssel mit Wassermelone gab und wenn die leer war (das war die immer sehr schnell) nicht wieder befüllt wurde. Ich erwarte von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse, dass es keine so starke Knappheit herrscht.

A comfortable, well-located hotel with great service—an excellent choice for visiting Venice.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great—which was a huge plus during the summer heat. The hotel bar was a fun place to relax after sightseeing, and the location was ideal. It was in a quieter part of Venice but still an easy walk or vaporetto ride to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant. We had a great stay and would happily return.
