Fab hotels did not have arrangement with Sunrise Suites. The property should not have been put up by Fabhotels. Also Fab hotels literally black mailed to put up the full advance. A bi rip off by Fabhotels
Location, near Metro and railway station. Neat and clean.
Odd shaped room. Part of staircase protrude into the room.

I arrived at the address and informed there were no rooms. The staff were not helpful but eventually I was told it was due to a flood. I wasn't told in advance and arrived late at night which is terrible customer service when they knew in advance. I was asked to go to a hotel close by and part of their group. I had to pay again and still haven received a refund of help from the hotel of Booking.com.
The only good thing is the location.
The pictures shown on booking.com and reality is quite different. The entrance is not easy to navigate if you have luggage. No one helps you at the entrance. It's very narrow and to get into the lift is not easy. The size of the room is very small with hardly any space. The table is so narrow. The washroom is decent and clean though. They charged me extra for just 2 hours late checkout.
