Pros:

Everything was very comfortable. Having air conditioning was definitely a plus! The staff was very friendly. They even gave us a free drink ticket to a local restaurant. Very nice gesture.

Cons:

The breakfast. Gallopinto (rice n beans) had no flavor, very bland, nor did it have beans. They looked like bean flakes. It was strange. We weren't given a choice of how we wanted our eggs cooked. Our eggs were overcooked. The coffee was definitely low quality for Costa Rica standards. Not a good breakfast.

Alles zweckmäßige und Sauber.. Größe Betten. Ruhige Lage. Eigenes Bad ist Super.

Cons:

Zimmer für 5 Personen doch etwas klein. Die Angegebenen 20 qm sind wohl mit Badezimmer gerechnet.

Super séjour
Pros:

Tout ! Le logement est super bien placé face à la rivière, a 20m de la mer et a 200m du village. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, Marina est au petit soin avec vous, et l'organisation pour les activités étaient parfaites et les guides sont supers

Agréable moment à Tortuguero
Pros:

Logement à la sortie du village, au calme, du sur le lac et à 50m de l'océan. Très bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner. Super sympa pour observer la nature et ses créatures.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est servi à un autre endroit. Il faut comprendre l'espagnol pour savoir où ça se situe

Entre el río y el mar
Pros:

Estuvimos muy tranquilos porque no está en medio del pueblo, lo cual hace que la ubicación sea muy buena. Gracias a esto pudimos ver un montón de animales al lado de la habitación, y a tan solo 1 minuto andando llegas tanto a la playa como al pueblo; además, cuenta con embarcadero propio para dejar y coger el bote. Gracias por todo Marina, eres una anfitriona muy atenta y muy amable 😊

Cons:

El agua de la ducha salía más fresquita que caliente, quizás eso se podría mejorar.

Super expérience
Pros:

L'emplacement près du village et la vue sur le lac. L'embarcadère de l'hôtel bien pratique. Petit hôtel de 3 chambres. Bon petit déjeuner à prendre en ville, à l'autre hôtel. Clim très appréciable.

Cons:

Marina est très gentille mais ne parle qu'espagnol.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in Tortuguero
Pros:

Super Lage direkt an der Lagune und nah am Meer. Es gab warmes Wasser in der Dusche.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung und Handtüchern wären prima.

Lovely stay in tortuguero
Pros:

Very nice clean room with airconditioning, television and a good bed. Nice shower in the bathroom. Sweet lady who only speaks spanish welcomed us and with google translate we came a long way.

Cons:

Nothing.
Only keep in mind to bring cash to Tortuguero.

Todo muy limpio y cómodo, al ladito de la playa. Además, nos gestionaron el transporte en barca desde la Pavona y las excursiones que hicimos en Tortuguero, tanto Marina como Kendal son súper amables.

Cabinas muy confortables
Pros:

Buenas localización, habitación limpia y muy cómoda. Personal muy amable . Nos facilito la actividad de desove y canoa, todo perfecto. Mejor imposible.

Super Lage mit freundlicher Besitzerin Marina
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, ich meine zu behaupten die beste Lage auf der Insel.
Man kommt von Pavona mit der Fähre an (es wird alles über die Unterkunft erledigt - Zahlung nur in Bar) und wird direkt vor der Unterkunft abgelassen.
Auf der anderen Seite, keine 100m Fußweg befindet sich das karibische Meer mit einem Sandstrand.

Marina die Besitzerin ist unglaublich freundlich, spricht jedoch nur spanisch.

Auch der Außenbereich der Unterkunft ist traumhaft mit tollen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten.

Das Bett ist bequem
Die Dusche ist gut
Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer

Cons:

Kleiderständer gibt es nur draußen auf der Terrasse.
Die Kopfkissen sind sehr hart.
Zum Frühstück muss man in das Partner Hostel laufen - 5min Fußweg.

¡No nos gustó, pero quizá a ti sí! Lleva efectivo :)
Cons:

Reservé una habitación cuádruple con vistas al lago y lo que me dieron no correspondía: ni era cuádruple ni tenía vistas al lago. Al llegar, la habitación no estaba limpia ni preparada; parecía que ni siquiera habían visto mi reserva porque la hice con poca antelación. No había nadie en recepción y terminé pagando 23 dólares de comisión porque no aceptaban efectivo y me obligaron a pagar en un comercio externo, justificando que era “IVA”, cuando ese impuesto ya está incluido en la reserva y en las actividades contratadas.

La habitación es muy básica: no tiene toalleros, ni espacio para colocar la ropa, ni mesa para apoyar objetos. No hay agua caliente y el lavabo es diminuto. Encontramos pelos en las sábanas y el desayuno es muy pobre: dos huevos, unas rebanadas de pan blanco sin opción de cambio, y café o té, siendo el café prácticamente agua.

Lo positivo es que nos gestionaron las excursiones, aunque en el pueblo hay muchas opciones y uno mismo puede conseguir mejores precios sin intermediarios. En definitiva: no money, no honey, y la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo prometido.
