AC is not always in good condition
Staff, Kazan, was excellent. He upgraded me for free when I checked in. And he was great when I came to him at 2:30 am with the problem
It is a nice hotel.
But I had insect problems. First, there were fleas flying around. I read my cell phone in bed and4 - 5 fleas immediately started flying around the screen. I was exhausted and not in the mood to complain I just turned off the phone and tried to sleep. I felt some bug on my finger. I think it was an ant I flicked it off, no problem. (But they do have fire ants in the region )
Then I started getting painful bites on my legs, stomach and arm. I shook out the sheets and looked. Couldn’t see anything. Tried to sleep but it kept happening.
When i complained they moved me to another room.
In that room I was able to sleep.
Never happened anywhere else.
The staff very courteous and professional. The hotel and all facilities were in excellent condition.
I would recommend this establishment as the perfect weekend gateway.

Brand new hotel with private beach
The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing.
From check in to leaving, not enough could be done for my party.
It was the birthday of one of our party and the staff presented us with a birthday cake during our stay.
Newly opened hotel with all facilities brand new.

Stay was okay, but hotel was very quiet during my stay so devoid of any atmosphere. Also no bar area or activities such as a TV/ pool table etc)
Also hotel were not willing to accommodate a change is reservation dates.
