L'hotel è molto comodo per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni (Moschea Blu, Basilica, ecc.). Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile

Pros:

Excelente ubicación en Fatih, a 20/30min. caminando de los lugares imprescindibles que visitar. Personal amable y atento, habitación cómoda, amplía y muy limpia, con spa y desayuno típico muy completo. Precio inigualable, recomendado 100%.

Albergo bello, pulito, posizione strategica , colazione buona, varia e abbondante , stanze davvero carine!!! Ora arriviamo al personale: tutti i ragazzi davvero bravissimi, super gentili e disponibili....da organizzarci una sorpresa di compleanno, al trasferimento in aeroporto, a consigli su posti, cibo, spostamenti, ad aiutarci con le valigie fino alla macchina...incredibilmente sempre in prima linea ad aiutarci, supportarci e farci sentire a casa!!! Possiamo solo ringraziare tutti, dire che sicuramente ci ritorneremo e che i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono davvero il top! Alla prossima!!!! Bravissimi!!!!!

Lo mejor de todo es el personal, muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, resolviendo cualquier problema, tanto el personal de recepción, como el gerente Murat a quien conocí, buena persona, muy implicado con su establecimiento y que sus huéspedes se sientan bien en todo momento. En recepción, Fadi, me ayudó a conseguir un traslado al aeropuerto a buen precio el día de mi regreso, se lo agradezco mucho.
Me ha gustado mucho el ambiente familiar del hotel, te hacen sentir parte de su familia.
Comparto fotos de la cafetería, es muy bonita, te ofrecen café y té continuamente, el personal todos simpáticos y amables.
El desayuno buffet principalmente basado en comida típica turca, me gustó bastante, únicamente se echa en falta que ofrezcan algún zumo y algo más de variedad en dulces, la calidad es buena.
La ubicación es fantástica, está situada cerca del centro histórico, en una zona tranquila, con todos los servicios a mano y las comunicaciones necesarias para conectarte por la ciudad.
Las vistas de la habitación que pueden verse en las fotos eran muy bonitas, con vistas a la ciudad, las mezquitas y un bonito acueducto muy bien conservado. Tanto la limpieza de la habitación, como el personal que trabaja en su mantenimiento muy correctos.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustara.
Únicamente, algunas mejoras de mantenimiento, como cualquier edificio con unos años de antigüedad, las instalaciones siempre requieren arreglos.
No obstante, estando alojada en el hotel iban a reformar mi habitación y me cambiaron a otra, por lo que demuestran estar muy preocupados en mejorar sus instalaciones.

Если возникали вопросы, персонал всегда был готов помочь — очень дружелюбные и внимательные сотрудники. Уборка номеров проводилась каждый день. Обязательно вернёмся в этот отель! We were greeted by the transfer service, and the check-in was very quick. Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. Whenever we had any questions, the staff were always ready to help — very friendly and attentive people. The room was cleaned every day. We will definitely come back to this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
