Bad in Cleanliness and poor customer service
Pros:

Poor customer service, non co-operative staff at reception. No room service was provided. In 2 days not even a single day room was cleaned

Pros:

Location and staff were very supportive. Rooms were very clean and warm water available. Even though it took me long time to check in but staff were kind enough to allow early check in,

Cons:

It took 25 minutes to check in.
the lift is only accessible via small stairs ( 5-6 Steps) there is bell boy for support but i was with storller and it was not easy

كنت اتوقع مساحة غرف افضل من ذلك
Pros:

الموقع جيد و قريب من المسجد النبوى ، مساحة الاستقبال الريسبشن جيده

Cons:

عدم توافر موقف للسيارة بالرغم من انها مكتوب من مميزات الفندق
مساحة الغرفة ضيقه جدا لعدد 4 اسرة لدرجة وضع عدد 2 سرير فردى ملتصقين
