My booking clearly included breakfast; however, it was not provided during my stay. In addition, the room conditions were unacceptable. There were cockroaches inside the room and a very bad smell throughout the night, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

This experience did not meet the expected hygiene and service standards.

Bedding was dirty and unclean.
Bathroom was just about okay.
Breakfast was awful I paid for breakfast but didn’t bother after first morning also no tea with breakfast which is unheard of.

Waste of time and energy - the hotels are run by different people not FAB
Pros:

They got overbooked and denied the check in had to struggle with family. One of their staff took us to another hotel and checked us in there

they charge 25% online booling but no refund and say full pay for check in.....only three item ....idli,bada and paw from out side they source and serve the guest. no ventilation in room...safucation in the room ...ac is not cooling...room size is 8x8 feet...toilet shower is not working.......not recomened with family.....bed is with loose springs ,,,not comfortable.

Pros:

"FabHotel acts only as a booking partner for this property. None of the commitments or amenities promised by FabHotel were agreed upon or communicated to the facility manager at Moral Metro.
FabHotel and Marol Metro two different entity. FabHotel is deceiving customers by using their brand name to show significant discounts, but the facility itself is not worth the money. I rely on Booking.com for accurate ratings and honest assessments of properties.

Well it is close to the airport and the staff does try their best to make your stay good.

I guess you get what you pay for.

Cons:

We left the room cleaner than it was given to us because we had to wipe everything with a clorex and it was so dusty and dirty.

Next morning, there was no water. Had to wait for the tanker for 1.5 hours to even use the washroom.

Overall I would say if you're just looking for a place to spend a night, dont have too much hygiene issues and dont want to spend much this place is okay.

I wouldn't stay here again myself.
