Good location to explore north goa
Pros:

Everything was clean , tidy and quite modern , the cleanliness of the rooms , as well as the comfort of the bed matteress and pillow . Hotel is also situated in a good location

A FRAUD. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I can’t believe this place is even listed on Booking.com. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos advertised. All the positive reviews seem to be fake because my experience was completely the opposite. First off, the location on the map is incorrect, making it hard to even find the hotel.

When I finally got there and checked in, I was shocked by how bad the room was. Within 30 minutes, dirty water started dripping from the AC directly above my head. The room was filthy, with bugs everywhere, and the AC barely worked. It’s a complete scam. After realizing how terrible this place was, I checked Google Maps and noticed that all the negative reviews align exactly with what I went through—this is a fraudulent business.

When I asked for a refund since I stayed for less than 30 minutes, the staff rudely refused. The lady at the reception even shouted at me when I politely asked for half my money back (which I paid in cash). What kind of business operates like this? It’s clear this place is just out to scam people.

Save yourself the hassle and stay far away from this so-called “hotel.” I’m shocked that this scam is still listed on Booking.com. They really need to review the legitimacy of their listings.
