Pros:

위치는 안 나쁨. 테라스가 있음. 주택가, 정말 조용.

Cons:

1.처음 수건 4장. 새수건을 요구했더니, 세탁해서 쓰라는 답변. 새수건 추가시 요금 별도 더 있댄다. 헉. 8일동안? 시트도?

2.수건을 당연히 갈아주던지, 스스로 세탁하는 곳이라고 처음부터 안내하던지, 수건을 여러장 가져다 놓던지 해야지.

3.환불불가조건인 이 숙소를 예약한 후, 집주인? 혹은 직원(이 숙소는 일본인이 아닌 제삼국인들이 운영하는 회사로 추정됨)이 보낸 메세지. "집안에서 절대로 흡연을 하지 말라, 흡연하는 경우에는 3만엔의 벌금을 매기겠다." 

쎄~했다. 난 흡연과 음주를 전혀 하지 않는 사람.그래서 숙소에서 담배냄새가 나는 것을 매우 싫어함. 그리고 숙소안에서 담배를 피우는 행위도 매우 잘못된 행동이라 생각함. 하지만 말이라는 것은 '아'가 다르고 '어'가 다름. 손님에게 하는 첫인사에 벌금부터 운운하는 것은, 기분이 좋을 수는 없었음.

Pros:

Really good pick! Everything was as advertised, clean and quiet place, the staff was very friendly, super responsive and helpful at all times, we asked for luggage storage before check-in (we landed that morning and arrived around 12-13pm) and even if we didn’t ask for early check-in, I think they saw us a bit worn out after 26hrs of travelling and not a lot of sleep - and around 2pm they wrote to say our room is ready if we wish to take it earlier + our luggages were delivered to our room, which was the best gift for us (considering how tired we were, the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator, can’t express how happy we felt before falling for a 12 hrs deep sleep!:))
Two good connecting train stations nearby (closest 5-6 mins and the main one for airport travel around 8-10 mins).
Shops nearby everywhere, regardless which part you’re coming from! I think closest is 7eleven around 2-3 mins, super convenient.

Cons:

Nothing really to add here, everything was exactly as advertised, so we knew exactly what to expect.
Perhaps I would only recommend some small towel hangers in the bathroom. We were lucky to have perfect weather for our first few days here and could dry our towels or even some clothes outside on the terrace - we had hangers for this), however just thinking if the weather would have been different, this could have been just the one small thing extra needed.

Pros:

L’appartement est assez grand ( dans les normes du Japon ) pour un couple. Le lit est confortable et c’est propre. Le balcon est grand et il y a de quoi sécher le linge dehors

Cons:

4 étages sans ascenseur avec des grosses valises c’est pas facile. Pas de toilettes japonaises et quand on a été habitué au Japon aux toilettes chauffantes, se retrouver à Tokyo et ne pas en avoir c’est un peu décevant. Manque d’accroche serviette pour la douche et si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière le matin les rideaux ne font pas leur effet face au soleil ..

1 week Tokyo -Ikebukuro
Pros:

Close to Ikebukuro station, the apartment is quite large and pleasant. The owner is always in touch and takes care of your stay so that it is as appropriate and successful as possible.
The washing machine works and the balcony (roof) is large.
The area is quiet and easy to grasp. 7/11 is very close and there is a great restaurant nearby.
