The staff were the stand out thing we loved, special thanks to Kris for the complimentary upgrade and Sharon for being so friendly and coming to my rescue when I discovered I lost my sunglasses! Food was great and we got to use the natural pool to go snorkelling which was also fab!

O sítio é realmente muito bonito, perfeito para descansar. O rapaz que nos atendeu foi sempre super prestativo e preocupado.
A wifi é boa para quem quer trabalhar e há sempre autocarros/boleias a passar durante o dia, caso queiram ir para outros lugares como a Lagoa Azul.
Como não existem opções à volta para comer, ou para qualquer tipo de serviço, os preços acabam por ser super caros, podia haver um desconto para quem já está alojado, mas não. Fiquei sem saldo no meu telemóvel enquanto falava com o motorista e pedi se podia ligar de volta só para terminar a chamada, que seriam segundos. No final ainda tive de pagar essa chamada que durou 5 segundos.
Ou seja, tudo se paga, e bem!
The food was the nicest food in Vanuatu. The pillow and bed was wonderful! The host is so lovely and the staff are happy and attentive. The gardens and spaces were spotless and so beautifully designed. I’m so glad I stayed and look forward to going back again. I have no complaints at all, it was 10/10.
Location: it is in a majestic place, with private (yet small) lagoon. The staff were wonderful. The accommodation was reasonably priced. Easy to find.
Location: far away from major attractions, bad road on the route. No shops around. Credit card payment wasn’t working at the time of checkout. Food and drinks are extremely expensive and too simple (no realistic alternatives since it is in the middle of nowhere; bottle of water 3.5 times more expensive then in the town and 1.75 times more expensive than in the airport). No a/c. No windows in the room. Quite rustic. Hordes of mosquitoes. Very strict check out time at 10:00am.

La ubicación es perfecta para nadar con Corales y ver muchos peses sin salir del hotel. Cercano está Blue Lagoon y Eton Beach.
Use transporte público para llegar desde el aeropuerto y fue una hora pero costó 15.000 VUV. Mantenga el efectivo exacto y definir precio antes de montarse al bus (minivan con la letra B en la placa).
Absolutely unreal. It’s literally like a slice of paradise and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to cater and give you the best experience.

Everything was great
It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed.
I liked everything about my stay - the staff was superb and attentive, the food was delicious and the room was clean. Beautiful sunset in the evening and the water right in front of the door - if there’s availability, go for it and book it 🙂
