Pros:

Located in a quiet area within walking distance from the river and local shops / high street.

It was pleasant, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Had everything we needed.

Cons:

Very cold on arrival and then very hot over night.
Stones outside came into the room on our shoes.
Not anywhere to put stuff ie table.
Could hear people next door.
Bunk beds were very close together. Couldn’t sit up in bottom bunk.

Great place and great price
Pros:

I booked it for my mum and dad I booked a twin room thinking it was two single beds however when they turned up it was bunk beds but the property couldn't be more accompanying, they moved them straight to a room with a double bed, fantastic service.

Good.
Pros:

Sash broken on bedroom window. Supplied with pieces of wood to hold it up but not strong enough to fix it. Supplied with fan but this wasn't ideal. Lock to outer door awkward to unlock.
Not ideal for someone 80 years old to have to climb the stairs.

Cons:

See above.
Liked breakfast all staff excellent.

Cons:

When I booked it was sold as a twin room with single beds. Upon arrival it was bunk beds that hadn't I been over 5ft tall would have been suitable but really wasn't good. I didn't even stay the night it was that bad. Thankfully the white Harte had a room and was lovely.
