Pros:

Its clean and friendly staff and were very helpful

Cons:

It was supposed that we will get a free transfer from airport to hotel
But we were charged by € 35 taxi charges stating that it’s not thier fault and this was a fault from booking

La ubicación era excepcional. Además la atención que nos brindaron fue muy buena.

Cons:

En general todo estuvo bien, el único punto negativo es que hay muchas escaleras, si bien hay un ascensor pequeñito también.

Pros:

- location location location
- clean
- nice breakfast
- helpful and polite staff

Cons:

- there are some stairs to climb if you come from Rue Victor Hugo, so not recommended with luggage; the taxi can come right in front of the hotel though, so you skip the stairs
- the shower could be small for certain body dimensions (taller or wider)

La posizione sicuramente...il personale dalla reception a quello delle pulizie è molto gentile..

Cons:

La colazione non è un granché e ci sono pochi tavoli rispetto alle camere...il bagno della camera dei miei genitori era piccolo (e la camera era superior!!!!) e se non stavano attenti quando si sedevano sul water, potevano dare una facciata nel muro...sempre entrando nella camera dei miei, c'era un muretto basso, nel quale il più delle volte si prendevano dei colpi nella gamba

Great location & Friendly staff
Pros:

Staff location and cleanliness excellent. We enjoyed our stay and this is our 3rd time here

Cons:

The room and the shower were a little small and not quite enough storage for our stay 2 people 4 nights, 5 days, we have only state a couple of nights in previous years. We booked a superior room but was still a little small.
