Excellent care from reception staff. Clean and well appointed room.
Pros:

The staff were so very helpful. We communicated by translator apps, and some staff had reasonable English. They organised taxis and tours for us with honest and friendly drivers. First class.
Breakfast was a good variety of Chinese food. To those critics who complain about a lack of western food I suggest they stay at home in future.
The room was great and the bed / pillows very comfortable. On the firm side which is very common in Asia.
The manager made a great suggestion for dinner.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
