Ich würde wieder dort hin, bei meinem nächsten Besuch.
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal und auch die Reinigungskraft waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vor allem der lernende Kaan und die Reinigungskraft Dame aus Turkmenistan. Sie haben uns alle herzlich empfangen, geholfen mit allen Bedürfnisse und unsere Koffer bis nach oben ins Hotelzimmer gebracht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es duftete normal. Das sieht man leider nicht in allen Hotels kn Istanbul. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, sehr leckerer Cappuccino mit einer ordentlichen Maschine.
Die Lage ist auch super, zwei Seitenstrassen von der bekannten „istiklal cad.“ entfernt und somit auch keine lauten Geräuschpegel.
Vielen Dank und liebe grüsse aus der Schweiz.

Ο Kaan ήταν εξαιρετικός! Ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα με θετική διάθεση. Έκανε τη διαμονή μας πολύ καλύτερη και αξίζει κάθε έπαινο. Ευχαριστούμε!

Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, szép szobák, a tetőn lévő éttermet nem próbáltuk, de gyönyörű onnan a kilátás a városra. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, rengeteg problémánk/kérdésünk volt, de mindig proaktívan fordultak felénk.

Cons:

Egy kicsit vékonyak a falak, így hallani lehet reggelente a mozgást a folyosón vagy a szomszédokat, de nem vészes.

Location close to taksim square as well as restaurants and bars, very comfortable bed, large powerful shower and a clean room

Cons:

Our rooms were close to the stairs where people from the rooftop bar were leaving and making noise at 1/2am

Superbe et magnifique…
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel est très aimable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La vue sur le rooftoop sur la Bosphore est superbe. L’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel pour faire les visites des sites ou du shoping. Je peux que le conseiller. Merci à l’équipe pour sa gentillesse.

Pros:

La posizione fantastica. Lo staff cordiale. Il design dell'hotel bello. Hammam molto grande e bello, anche se è solo riscaldato e non ha la funzione vapore.

Cons:

La stanza molto piccola. Preso quella con Hammam, ma la metà della stanza era occupata da quello. In due non si riusciva ad aprire le valigie. Pochi piani di appoggio. Bagno piccolino. Frigo non raffreddava bene. Il balconcino dava sulla scala esterna di sicurezza che non era separata, quindi qualunque salendo o scendendo la scala poteva entrare in camera.

Angenehmes Hotel im Herzen von Istanbul
Pros:

Mir hat die Lage gefallen, in der Nähe zur Shopping Street und gleichwohl in der Nähe von Bars und Restaurants. Das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse ist zwar eher hochpreisig im Verhältnis dafür richtig lecker und mit sehr guten Service.

Frühstück fand ich auch lecker, das Buffet hatte eine reichhaltige Auswahl für mich.

Metro lag fussläufig, um bequem sich in der Stadt zu bewegen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer mit dem Hamam habe ich etwas grösser vorgestellt, haben es aber am Ende eh nich genutzt - von daher hat mich es nicht weiter gestört.

Good location in a busy area near Taksim—close to the metro and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Comfortable bed and great shower plus a large tub. Also extra touches like an iron and kettle. The breakfast was large with good variety (coffee was terrible though).

Cons:

Elevator was out of order a few times (we stayed on floor 5). There wasn’t any common area to sit.

Pros:
