the staff more than made up for the tiny room and the restaurant was fabulous - went their twice.
Pros:

N/a - didn't eat breakfast at the hotel

Cons:

the room was a lot smaller than we imagined - very difficult to walk round the bed all the time, especially going to the restroom at night.

Super mooi verblijf gehad met het liefste personeel op een fantastische plek
Pros:

Mooi ingedeelde ruimte kamers met een fantastische bad. Heerlijk ontbijt met uitzicht op Istanbul. Niet te vergeten de rooftop Bar wat helemaal mooi is in de avond. Een hippe gezellige bar. Super lieve gezellige personeel. Heel vehulpzaam. Ook Tuana van het ontbijt. Maar Busra, hoofd van de reserveringen wat een super lieve leuke dame. en de jongens van de receptie. Heel erg met ze gelachen. Eén voor één schatjes.
Oh en niet te vergeten de ligging. Fantastisch. Om de hoek van Istiklal straat. Met een politiebureau om de hoek, dus ook veilig gevoel.

Cons:

Er waren wat luide gasten die in de nacht in de hal aan het kletsen waren. Maar de volgende keer moest ik dit gewoon melden bij de receptie zeiden ze.

Pros:

Fabulous stay — and the staff were super helpful! The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and perfect. The hotel breakfast was great with lots of choice. Overall we had a great stay.

Cons:

For anyone that wants to use the Hamam, ask them to turn it on as soon as you get there if you want to use it the next day. Unfortunately we were told that it will be ready in 2 hours but even the next day it was cold inside.

Pros:

Perfect location, value for money, helpful staff. We booked the room with hammam that was excellent. Relaxing after a walking day in the city. it was my birthday and i had a nice surprise cake sent to my room. Very nice gesture

Номер грязный, санузел грязный, плесень, черные волосы, белье постельное все в серных волосах. Попросили поменять- постелили пододеяльник вместо простыни, пододеяльник принесли маленький.

Bin bereits das 3. Mal in diesem Hotel, die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut.
Darüber hinaus hat mir die Hotelmanagerin bei meinem selbst geschaffenen Problem geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür. Ein sehr kulantes entgegenkommen.

Pros:

The in-room hamam was pretty nice

Cons:

I had an issue with the body soap dispenser in my shower. Rather than fix it, they simply swapped it with the conditioner, so I simply couldn't use conditioner. While that's not a major problem, I'm disappointed by how poorly it was handled, which led me to simply not rely on the staff for other issues.

The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff didn't properly close my window. My room was ground-level, and people smoked *directly* in front of it. Smoke was constantly filling my room, giving me headaches and making it impossible to sleep well. It also let in an exorbitant amount of noise from all the cars outside, honking, revving, or just blasting music.

At 2 AM on the second night, I had had enough, and I was about to wedge a towel in the window seal to help, when I noticed the cleaning staff jammed the window into an ajar position. I ended up fixing it, which largely resolved the smoke and noise problems, but it's such a negligent oversight, combined with the disappointing resolution to the broken dispenser, that I couldn't possibly recommend this hotel.

It's also a little far from most public transit, and the touts for the local strip clubs by the hotel can be annoying when you're trying to get back to your room
