Good place to stay! 👍🏼
Pros:

+ heater and ceiling fan. The temperature in the room was very good

+ There was always hot water in the shower

+ Very friendly owner, who gave us a lot of useful tips

+ Breakfast is the coffee/tea and 3 medialunas. Always fresh and tasty

+ Comfortable bed

+ You get your own key to the hotel doors, so you can stay out until late outside

+ Not the newest furniture, but it has all what you need. Great "quality to price" ratio.

+ Quiet, calm

+ Clean rooms and common area

Cons:

- closing the room doors with the key was sometimes challenging

- it's quite far away from the city center. Public communication works very well though (buses every 20 min. It takes over 1h to get to the center of Mar del Plata)

- it would be great to have the ash tray in front of the hotel
