Well-located flat
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs. The building has parking, which is unusual in the area. When we checked in the flat was spotless.

Cons:

The flat is supposed to be cleaned daily, but there was no cleaning, only making beds. I think they wash dishes, but we didn't leave any dishes to be washed. I expected the bathrooms to be cleaned and the floors to be swept during our stay, but they weren't. We also were supposed to receive fresh linen and we didn't.
Seapoint as an area is also quite noisy, which is just a location issue, but is worth noting.

Pros:

The location is great, the room is cute and has everything you need. A small sitting area, a comfortable bed, a furnished kitchen, a big shower and plenty cupboard space. The staff was friendly and helpful, the sound proofing is great.

I’ll be back!! Doesn’t matter when but I’m coming back because what a wow

It’s literally central to everything which is amazing because it’s a self-catering place. The shower … my gosh!! To die for!!

Cons:

Wasn’t particularly pleased about the breakages deposit thing. Yeah, it’s on the website but you have to look for it. I suggest include it in the price and then refund it when leaving.

No aircon unfortunately, only a fan. Staff tutted and rolled her when asked if we could store our luggage. The bed was quite lumpy, and the sofa had burn holes in it

Cons:

De uitrusting van de keuken laat te wensen over. Er is - bijvoorbeeld - geen koekenpan en die wordt desgevraagd ook niet verstrekt. Er is een oven, maar geen ovenschaal.
