Gunstig gelegen, comfortabele, modern ingerichte studio.

Cons:

De uitrusting van de keuken laat te wensen over. Er is - bijvoorbeeld - geen koekenpan en die wordt desgevraagd ook niet verstrekt. Er is een oven, maar geen ovenschaal.

Es gab keinen Trockner wie angegeben, Küche spartanisch ausgestatet ( keine Bratpfanne und dazugehöriges Equipment), Bügelbrett defekt, viel zu klein zu niedrig entsprach einer Kinderstube. Backofen total verdreckt
Kaffeutensilien gibt es nur bei Ankunft
Kein Küchentisch und Stühle vorhanden,, eine sehr unbequeme Couch. In 6 Wochen keine Reinigung vom Balkon.
Wir mussten Personal auf ein Wasserleck hinweisen!
Bett zu klein und ein grosses Oberbett
Schimmelpilze im Bad und viele Ameisen überall im Appartement

Great stay would highly recommend
Pros:

We stayed here for two weeks working from the flat. It’s spacious for two people with a small balcony and fully equipped kitchen area.

The pool area on the rooftop is great with views on Lion’s Head.

Staff were also great throughout and the rooms were serviced if required.

The location is perfect, just off the main road in Sea Point and walkable to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Terrible
Pros:

The Totalstay staff was unwilling to assist, the apartment floor was wet, looks like it was flooding. Informed the staff, they did not bother to bring a mop or even move me to a different room.

the place was great and clean, staff was super friendly. Location was also great, close to a shopping center and not to far from the beach.
