сподобалось місце розташування . на рецепції привітні люди

Cons:

прибирають номер лише за проханням і на наступний день. при заселені була погано вимита підлога .
не вистачає єдироразового взуття ,підлога дуже холодна .
не має де сушити одяг

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de la ciudad. La habitación es agradable y espaciosa. Ideal para cuando viajas en familia con niños o adolescentes. Bien acondicionada la cocina.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Although it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, it did not meet my expectations. Housekeeping came only once during my entire stay, which was disappointing. The Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable throughout my visit.
The location was good and convenient, but overall the hotel did not provide the comfort and quality I would expect from a 4-star property. If you are looking for the comfort and standards of a true 4-star hotel, I would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Все було не погано. Номер був комфортний і достатнього розміру для 3 осіб. Є деякі питання, бо готель не зовсім новий. Але ми помітили, що в деяких частинах готелю вже відбувались ремонтні роботи. Встановлені нові ліфти.
Якщо номера теж не омине реновація чи ремонт, все буде взагалі чудово!

Ein sehr altes Hotel… lohnt sich nicht… mit 4 Sterne total überbewertet

The Position/ Die Lage nah am Meer und an der Hauptbahnhof

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit… fehlte… kein Roomservice täglich sondern 1mal in 5 Tage… wenn es nicht vergesslich wird.
No Roomservice each Day, once per 5 Day….

Pros:

The location, the size was very big enjoyed it with 2 kids.

Cons:

The facilities in the kitchen could be more than just two little pan. There should be at least one bigger size.also a frying pan would be nice to make an omlette in the morning. Also some tools for cooking a wooden spoon and strainer.
