great place to stay
Pros:

the property was in an excellent position
near train, tram, stations 5 minutes walk to beach
our room was very spacious clean and comfortable
the staff very helpful and on hand 24/7

Cons:

the only tiny thing that would be nice is a few more small toiletries and tea and coffee in the room
we had enough for 2 days but stayed 4
But the receptionist did tell us if you need anything just ask so not really a problem

Pros:

L'appartement était beau et assez grand, confortable. L'emplacement près de la Promenade des anglais, pas très loin de la gare et assez central pour tout faire à pieds. La gentillesse du personnel et son efficacité est un plus. Nous reviendrons.

Enjoyable four days
Pros:

Location, excellent.
Room, smaller than expected especially with sofa bed opened out. The bed was not comfortable and too heavy to fold up each morning.
Breakfast, we prepared our own breakfast

Cons:

Room layout; new mattress on sofa bed; easier to operate sofa bed.

С проживанием в этом отеле Ницца была прекрасна...
Pros:

Чистота, эргономичная оригинальность планировки, приветливый персонал, чудесный вид из окна, удивительное расположение одновременно и в тишине, и рядом с шумным центом, в пешей доступности от вокзала.

Cons:

Несколько более мягкие, чем хотелось бы, матрасы.
Непривычно использование лифта с меняющимися кодами.
