The location was ok .
We were disappointed with our stay.
The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, despite being advertised. Even Google often wouldn’t load. We were told to work from the lobby, but the connection there was only slightly better and still unreliable.
The room had a bad smell, and there was hair on the bed when we arrived.
The pillows were all old, lumpy, and uncomfortable.
The parking area was poorly lit, and we had to use our phone torches to get from the lift to the car.
The air conditioning was average and struggled to cool the room.
Some staff were friendly, but others were unhelpful and seemed unhappy.
Overall, the hotel did not match what was advertised, and we would not stay here again.

נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו במלון. הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב, מקצועי וסבלני, ובמיוחד תומאס, שהפך את החוויה שלנו למיוחדת.
אנחנו שומרות שבת, ובמסדרון יש תאורה אוטומטית שמנעה מאיתנו להיכנס ולצאת מהחדר מבלי להפעיל אותה. כשפנינו לתומאס והסברנו את המצב, למרות שזה היה משהו חדש ולא מוכר עבורו, הוא לא היסס לרגע. הוא הקשיב, הבין את הבעיה וניסה למצוא פתרון.
תומאס עלה איתנו לקומה, הדליק עבורנו את האור במסדרון, ודאג לוודא שהגענו בבטחה לחדר ושאנחנו מסתדרות. מעבר לכך, לאורך כל השהות שלנו, בכל פעם שפנינו אליו הוא קיבל אותנו בחיוך, בסבלנות וברצון אמיתי לעזור.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The reception staff were kind, professional, and patient, but we would especially like to thank Thomas, who truly made our experience unforgettable.
We are Sabbath observant, and the hallway has motion-activated lights, which meant we couldn't enter or leave our room without triggering them. When we explained the situation to Thomas, even though it was something completely unfamiliar to him, he didn't hesitate for a moment. He listened carefully, understood the issue, and immediately looked for a solution.
Thomas came upstairs with us, turned on the hallway lights for us, and made sure we reached our room safely and that everything was okay. Throughout our stay, every time we approached him, he welcomed us with a smile, treated us with kindness and patience, and was always genuinely happy to help.
We are truly grateful for his thoughtfulness, respect, and exceptional service. People like Thomas make all the difference, and he played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Thomas!

It appeared the room was not fully cleaned before our arrival - open bag of half eaten crisps in cupboard. A day later slippers and salts appeared but they were not there on our arrival which made us wonder if they room was prepared prior to our arrival. There were two bars of soap and a bottle of body wash for the four of us when we got there. We told the staff about the chips but nobody came to clean it.
I really like the fact that there is a sliding door between the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the big room. So we all had our truck privacy. Very nice little kitchen and excellent bathroom. And the decor was very nice. This is a modern hotel but the room had a quaint Asian vibe to it. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. And the location was great for walking anywhere.
