Esperienza decisamente negativa
Pros:

Parto dall’aspetto positivo, la vista é davvero incredibile! Il resto é tutto completamente da rivedere.

Cons:

I bungalow a vederlo sono carini, ma il letto stretto e i rumori esterni rendono davvero impossibile riposare bene. La cosa piu assurda, però, é lo staff. Va bene non parlare l’inglese, ma la cameriera ha avuto difficolta a capire anche la parola “Coca Cola”. Sinceramente non ho capito se lo facesse di proposito, perché abbiamo girato diverse isole di Capo Verde e non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a capirci con le persone del posto. Al ristorante si mangia abbastanza bene ma il 90% delle cose scritte sul menù non ci sono. La piscina è in condizioni pietose! Ultimo aspetto é la strada per arrivare all’albergo, é incredibile avere una strada in quelle condizioni, in nessuna parte dell’isola ci sono strade così brutte. Il prezzo di 100€ a notte é assolutamente ingiustificato. L’ultima sera per riposare un pò siamo andati in un altro albergo. Si salva davvero solo la vista, se proprio volete andare consiglio di rimanere massimo una notte.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Design der Zimmer, Ausblick, Ruhe der Anlage

Cons:

Zimmer lassen sich nicht vollständig runterkühlen, nur der Bereich beim Bett. Der Pool wurde leider nicht gereinigt, auch nicht auf Nachfrage.

Pros:

I did not even get to stay in that hotel as they managed to cancel my booking just one day before my arrival. Yet this was not a late booking. After several back and forth with one of their staff, they finally wrote me the following day to inform that finally they had maintained or kept one reservation for me for the same day. Mind you I had to travel from San Vicente to Santo Antao first. Once I arrived in the island, I decided to visit the resort and decide whether I would eventually want to stay there. I was welcomed very rudely bu the receptionist who informed that the hotel was booked and there was nothing to visit! Or look at. So I quietly left, happy that I did not end up staying there!

Pros:

L’emplacement de la chambre nous étions face a la mer
Très bel emplacement
Hôtel très bien même si vieillissant surtout la piscine où je pense que l’entretien mérite un peu plus d effort idem remettre de l’eau également
Attention hôtel isolé donc dîner à prendre obligatoirement à l’hôtel sauf si voiture

Avec les allers retours des taxis un peu chers
Carte restaurant un peu limité avec peu de produits frais (0poissons ou viande)

PERFECTO
Pros:

Las vistas inmejorables. Nos encantó el concepto cabaña en la cima de la montaña. El personal super atento, nos ayudó en todo momento.

El acceso es bastante complicado. Necesitas un nivel avanzado en conducción.

Pros:

Lokalizacja, wystrój domku, ogród, miła obsługa i dobre jedzenie zarówno w restauracji jak i na śniadaniu, które nie było skromne jak to bywa w innych hotelach na wyspie.

Cons:

Brak suszarki i lodówki w pokoju. Poza tym cudowne miejsce!

Cons:

Der Pool war leider etwas verwahrlost, einzelne Fliesen fehlten und er war auch nicht ganz mit Wasser befüllt. Am Hotelparkplatz lagern kaputte Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme - eine Sanierung wäre gut.

Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns enttäuscht.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön. Bei klarem Wetter genießt man einen herrlichen Blick über die Berge und kann beeindruckende Sonnenauf- und -untergänge erleben. Der Pool ist angenehm groß und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Bungalows sind zwar eher klein, aber gemütlich und passend zur Umgebung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des Personals – alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen, das verfügbar war, hat uns durchweg sehr gut geschmeckt. An zwei Tagen waren wir offenbar die einzigen Gäste und bekamen ein liebevoll angerichtetes, umfangreiches Frühstück mit verschiedenen Speisen, Saft und Kaffee direkt serviert.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich geschmälert haben. Gerade angesichts des vergleichsweise hohen Preises hätten wir bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung, Service und gastronomischem Angebot deutlich mehr erwartet.
In der Sauna fanden wir Kakerlaken. Positiv ist immerhin, dass uns die Saunanutzung anschließend nicht berechnet wurde.
Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, bot aber nur eine eher kleine Auswahl. In einem deutlich günstigeren Hotel in Praia war das Frühstück wesentlich abwechslungsreicher. Außerdem hätten wir uns mehr kapverdische Spezialitäten gewünscht. Erst an unserem letzten Morgen sahen wir andere Gäste mit Cachupa frühstücken – wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn uns diese landestypische Option ebenfalls angeboten worden wäre.
Auch das Restaurant konnte die Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllen. Mehrere Gerichte auf der Speisekarte waren während unseres Aufenthalts nicht verfügbar. Von den drei Vorspeisen gab es an zwei Tagen nur noch eine, und auch Hauptgerichte wie Pesto, Bolognese oder Schweinekotelett waren nicht erhältlich. Mit jedem Tag schien die Auswahl kleiner zu werden. Erst an unserem letzten Tag, als deutlich mehr Gäste im Hotel waren, war die Speisekarte wieder nahezu vollständig verfügbar.
Die gesamte Anlage wirkt an vielen Stellen bereits deutlich älter, als sie tatsächlich ist. Nicht nur der Pool zeigt Abnutzungserscheinungen, auch andere Bereiche – beispielsweise die Holzverkleidung in der Dusche – wirken bereits recht mitgenommen. Die Bar war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nie geöffnet. Die Preise für den Wäscheservice empfanden wir als überzogen und etwa auf deutschem Niveau.
Auch bei der Zimmerreinigung gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. An einem Tag fand überhaupt kein Zimmerservice statt. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Boden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gewischt wurde, da sich in den Ecken und entlang der Kanten dauerhaft Schmutz befand.

Un pequeño paraíso para descansar
