Rambla @ Story House

No front desk was the pits. Checkin was impossible with us phone.

This was like a home from home for us as we were having the bathroom done. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we had to make an extension twice. Not even having to move, just kept to the same room. The property is very new and more important not a lot of sound got in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great spot for bussiness and leasure

Great area to stay and the property is lovely. The digital key did not work and was a punish to access the room. Had to use the fob the whole stay.

We had a great experience and the host was very responsive. The only issue we had was that one of the guests next to us was smoking in his room but they said they would deal with it. Also, our code to the door seemed not to work properly. We had to put the code at least 3 times before it worked.

Brand new apartments, excellent communication with rambler staff via phone texts. Next to the Gabba but no noise. Roof top pool, spa, and sauna

We were not informed that before you arrive that you need to complete on online form in order to access the property. It took us an hour and half to get into our room after a long flight. The TV in the room did not work as there was no antenna connection. Despite several reassurances that this would be resolved we eventually received an antenna on the day before we left the property. This is an extremely noisy area of the city with construction work next door. Throughout the night alarms would go off and we would often hear police sirens. We got very little sleep throughout the whole time we we there.

We had a great stay. Great facility. close to everything. The only downside was that checkout was 10am but we got a knock at our door at 8:50 from the cleaner wondering when we'd be leaving. Just a bit strange.

Fantastic property with great amenities. Couldn't fault it.

Loved my stay, just not a fan of digital key and i had trouble with password. Having said that i found a physical key once in room that was easy to organise. Everything else was amazing especially the full size fridge

Good location and nice new property but Cleaning needs more attention to detail, previous guest leftovers still in the fridge, they changed the sheets once during stay & left some of the dirty bedding on the floor in the corner. Blond hairs on floor.

Tv frequently turned off while I was watching it & also turned itself on randomly sometimes in the middle of the night

I was pleasantly surprised that the pictures depicted exactly what we got. big and spacious and very clean

Never again, from the payment fiasco where they already have your card and they send an email for you to pay on the day of travel or when travelling 2 days before travel and then a text saying you haven't paid, when you are flying you don't get these notifications or when driving long distances.
The body wash that was empty before the first shower leaving questions on the cleaning professionalism.
Then the super key app failed, anyone over 60 not familiar with computer would be in trouble.
The garage door that never closed and the controller in such a stupid position that someone cleaned it up with their car.
Then my car was broken into on the last night, I have asked for a credit on parking so we will see what happens here.
I travel a lot and didn't follow my golden rule, never stay somewhere that there isn't a front desk.
The place was very nice but poorly managed, too many things went wrong and I will never again stay there or without somewhere with a front desk.
