Very helpful staff. They helped us plan the whole trip to the Bhawan and back, all the way to Jammu.
Pros:

Very tasty and delicious.
Prompt service.
Well staffed and comfortable seats.

Cons:

Location: to reach the hotel, one has to go through a small street (gali).
The name/location should be mentioned in the description of hotel. The scooter/taxi driver has to ask around a lot.
