Pros:

יחידת דיור פונקציונלית, מרוהטת בטוב טעם, מאובזרת קומפלט, מרווחת מאוד ונקייה. מענה מהיר ושרות איכפתי ואדיב יוצא מן הכלל מבעל ביחידה עוד טרם ההגעה למקום ובמהלך השהייה.
היחידה בקומה גבוהה עם מרפסת גדולה שצופה לנוף המפרץ.
מתחם הדירות והשטחים הציבוריים מתוחזקים, נקיים ומזמינים.
אין לי ספק שאשוב לפקוד את היחידה בכל חופשה אליה אגיע לאילת.

Cons:

1. הזמנו חדר לארבעה מבוגרים רק המיטה הזוגית הייתה מוצעת והיינו צריכים לסדר לעצמנו את הספה הנפתחת.
2. המזרן של הספה הנפתחת מרגיש קפיצים ללא ריפוד יותר גרוע ממיטה צבאית, החיים שלו כבר נגמרו מזמן.
3. יש ספת יחיד נפתחת בחדר, מלוכלכת מאוד ושבורה.
4. ניקוז המים במקלחת לא תקין ובכל שימוש במקלחת כל חדר הרחצה מוצף.
5. מושב האסלה לא תקין.
