Wild Bee Safari Lodge

I proprietari della struttura ci hanno aiutato tantissimo: abbiamo fatto con loro il Safari a Udawalawe di mezza giornata ed è stato bellissimo! Il nostro driver non ci ha fatto mancare nulla (dal cibo all’acqua agli spot più magici per vedere gli animali!). Abbiamo poi cenato in hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della cena!
La mattina seguente ci hanno aiutato anche nel tornare a Colombo, indicandoci il bus da prendere e prenotandoci un tuk tuk diretto per la stazione più vicina! Veramente dei super-host.

Wild Bee Safari Lodge was good value for money, and my friend and I were happy with the two safaris which we booked through them (morning and afternoon half day tours). The bedrooms were clean and spacious, although basic, and the bathroom always had hot water. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, and it is located close to the national park entrance. Our safari driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and we were glad that he was our guide.

We loved our stay at wild bee safari lodge! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had everything you would need. The lodge organised our safari which made it very easy and the safari was amazing, we had a really knowledgeable guide who was able to show us so many different things in the park. The food was all delicious. Would definitely stay again. Really good value for money for the stay / food / safari.

Amazing place, good AC big room and really kind staff. The dinner was really good and a good price. We did the half day safari all organised through them and couldn’t recommend it more.

The safari offered by Dushan from the accomodation was the best! We saw everything, he is so knowledgeable about everything, he found the best spot for us, including the traditional Sir Lanka lunch with an outstanding view of the lake. They found the best options for our transportation and the room is perfect to relax after an exciting day!

My stay was incredible. The familiy who owns it was very very sweet. The room was clean and very big aswell. The Host answered all of my questions and even helped me with my transfer to an ATM and also to my next destination.The breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay there again someday.
I reget that I booked my safari trip before i arrived there because she also offered me a safari trip. Keep that in mind before your book your trip online. :)

It was close to Udawalawe national park, the bed sheets were clean. The food was nice.

One of my favourite home stays I’ve stayed in!!! Perfect location and very comfy bed! The hosts are absolutely amazing! I went on a solo safari with Dushan the owner and he was extremely knowledgable and respectful of the animals! The I got lunch and dinner there and the food was the. Est Sri Lankan food I’ve eaten! So delicious and very filling! And they even took me for free to the Ayurveda garden close by! The homestay is right outside the national park - perfect location!

A very friendly host, Sakuni, that helped us booking safari ealy in the morning and also made a delicius breakfast to take with us! What a nice person! Fantastic homemade lunch and dinner!

Excellent value for money. Very affordable. Lovely big room. Clean. The traditional Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast was delicious. Hosts took very good care of me, including organising a safari for myself and one other guest staying at the hotel. Highly recommend.

One of our favourite places to stay in Sri Lanka, we were made to feel like part of the family. Everyone took care of our needs, from the ladies cooking us two exceptional evening meals and preparing our breakfast to take on safari, to the safari tour leader giving us a 6 hour guide, which was amazing. The rooms were basic but met our expectations for the price. There's not a lot going on in the area, this is Safari land and to see wild Elephants and an abundance of birdlife was just magical.

I had a really great stay here! The people are super friendly, accommodating and helpful! They also helped me book a safari spontaneously, which worked out very well! From breakfast to dinner everything was perfectly organized and the food was delicious! Also the room was great for a low price! Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable with a mosquito net, there was hot water and air conditioning.
I can highl recommend the accommodation and would definitely come again!
