I need refund as the property called and cancelled the room due to non availability. My card was charged, please send the refund

Cons:

The site was showing one room available, after booking and my card being charged the hotel staff called to inform that the hotel was full

Didnt expect such a professional service. The rooms were top notch, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It has all options for those who stay. Located in the heart of the city.
