Everything. I don't think this place should be on Booking.com. No sign, hard to access, not expecting my booking, no hot water, no soap or toilet paper, not clean, uncomfortable beds, mosquitos everywhere - I could go on.
The place was near many useful facilities. Additionally, the staff were very nice and helpful.

We reserved four rooms but only got three, and the rooms differ significantly from the ones shown on booking.com. The stay was uncomfortable due to outdated facilities, cramped bathroom with clogged drainage, lack of hot water, and a tiny mirror.
Additionally, their dormitory, resembling an old apartment, has just one bathroom for ten people, further contributing to the discomfort of our stay.
Location is good.
The cabinets were full of cob webs. Dirty fridge.
I liked that the location was near our itinerary and also many food and leisure locations were close by. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. The room was also big enough to accommodate our group.
I didn't like that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and we had to buy our own. I didn't like that there was no rug inside the bathroom. I also didn't like that there was no toilet seat.
The room is good, very spacious, very accomodating staff
Since we arrived in a group consist of 32 person. We expect that we will get individual towels, it is mentioned in the description that towels are provided. But when we arrived, the staff told us that they only give 3 towels maximum. Which is, she never told me that, when I called them about clarifications. About the refrigerator, I thought that every big room has a ref, and in the picture there is. But when we arrive, there's none, and I still need to request to have ref in our 2 rooms.
I liked how there are still available rooms even during a last-minute booking.
There isn't a 24/7 staff so since it was late, it took awhile for them to accommodate us. There are also no toiletries available.

8. we were greeted by roaches everytime we enter the room even though we killed it. means there's more.
9. No soap and toilet paper.
Location was very convenient. Near to restaurants, convenience store and transportation modes.
There were no toiletries. There was only one staff at the counter. Some of the appliances inside the room were not well taken care of. The shower didn't have a water heating system.
