Very good
Pros:

Staff were friendly and hospitable.
Shuttle bus service to the airport was free and ran on time. Beautifully decorated property. Room service was excellent

Cons:

For a Crowne plaza, I found it a bit outdated. Some of the fixtures in the room weren’t modern. TV had a set number of channels and wasn’t a smart tv….which makes it hard to entertain if not watching Chinese shows.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It would be excellent if you can provide VPN service for internet.
Pros:

Room, facilities, personal, service location were excellent.

Cons:

Internet usability with google and facebook, youtube usability was not there so it was a big minus.

Unhappy. particularly because of my error in booking the wrong date I paid for the room twice
Pros:

My stay at the hotel was met with mixed feelings. The first room that I was given was horribly nasty, loads of carpet stains, a shower that was full of mildew - sufficient to to be collected on my fingernails. The internet never worked and TV was on but the image frozen. The second room though with a much cleaner bathroom had a strong smell of old cigarette smoke seemingly ingrained into the furnishings.
For a hotel with such a grand entrance, the tower corridors were dark and dingy reminiscent of an ancient property.

Príjemný oddych po náročnej ceste
Pros:

Hotel pôsobil veľmi dôstojne v prostredí, v ktorom je postavený. Vnútorné priestory sú vzdušné a priestranné, elegantné, nádherne vianočne zdobené. Samozrejme sa to od hotela tohto štandardu aj očakáva. Personál ústretový, ochotný a pôsobil profesionálne. Izby sú vybavené primerane. Ubytovali sme tu len počas 22 hodinového tranzitu po absolvovaní návštevy čínskeho múru a obeda v tradičnej čínskej reštaurácie. Poloha je naozaj blízko letiska na pomery Pekingu, cca 15-20 minút taxíkom.

Cons:

Nemám pripomienky a naozaj ani nemôžem posúdiť celkové možnosti hotela, ktoré poskytuje, nakoľko 10 hodín pobytu je skutočne veľmi málo. Prekvapila ma realita na mieste, že mi pre 3 dospelé osoby ponúkol booking izbu s dvomi posteľami a všetkým pre 2 osoby, aj keď som sa na to zvlášť pýtala. Dokonca aj voda bola len pre 2 osoby. A mala som možnosť na Bookingu vybrať si izbu pre fajčiarov, čo tiež nesúhlasilo s realitou.... Našťastie posteľ bola dostatočne široká a na tých pár hodín to obzvlášť nevadilo.
