Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was clean. Good location for most things. Easy access to bus stops and ferry stops. Both within 15 minutes of walking. A few gyms and grocery stores nearby. Lots of selection for cafes and restaurants. Apartment had pretty much everything you'd need for a short to medium stay. Washer/dryer worked great. People in the building were friendly.

Cons:

Staff response time was slow if at all. I asked if early check in was possible a week prior to arriving and was told they would let me know. I arrived in the airport the morning of check in and still no reply. I reached out again and they replied sorry the previous guest is doing a 2 hour late checkout. Very poor communication. I asked further questions and never recieved any replies. Booking through a 3rd party travel app was endless emails and texts links to sign in. Very unclear where to find the welcome package with all the info about keys, wifi etc. Just seems very disorganized.
The tv would also turn on and shut off randomly in my room. Not sure if it was somehow connected to someone else's room too?

Sehr modern, alles sauber.
Der Pool hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
Auch ohne Personal hat der Check-in ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, viele Bushaltestellen in der Umgebung mit denen man schnell im Zentrum ist.

Cons:

Leider ist die Kommunikation etwas anstrengend. Man bekommt des öfteren Nachrichten, aber statt die Nachricht direkt zu zeigen muss man erst auf einen link klicken um die Nachricht dann zu bekommen.

very clean apartment and was very well laid out with the space that it had

Cons:

the toilet paper was like sand paper, that also includes the tissues. something more useable for the price your paying for the room"(had to go buy my own due to the issue.

Loved our stay. Would use facilities again if we returned to Brisbane. Pity you aren’t in charge of the weather though
Pros:

Loved everything about the property. Staff were very helpful when messaged. Plenty of space.

Cons:

Not a fan of the “phone key” and would prefer mugs or bigger cups in the kitchenette but that is just personal preference. The TV introduction screen with information came on during the night a few times and woke us even though we had it switched off on the remote
