Pros:

Story House is close to perfect, it’s always sparkling clean, for the price the studio apartments really exceed expectations. Modern interior, uncluttered spaces, high quality luxe design. I’ve stayed with Rambla a lot and I have never had problems with cleanliness at Story House even once. Rooftop pool sauna spa and gym is top notch. If the wardrobes had doors that would be great but it’s a design thing. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, it would be nice to get replacement bath and pool towels, tea ,coffee and cold milk daily without full housekeeping. There is a vending machine which is handy. Ronn from Rambla customer service is a star he is effective and solves any issue in no time. Thank you for accommodating me.

Cons:

Check in issues (mainly if you’re unfamiliar) no fob key, confusing process for check in, some customer service staff were not very kind or helpful but some customer service staff are very good.

Clean, comfy and modern room and facilities. Stayed here for three nights and it was a great apartment. Hot shower, good WiFi, parking, no traffic noise when the door was shut, and not having to carry a room key around everywhere you go 💁‍♀️
Will absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Had to google how to use the convection microwave as it's different to a normal microwave.

I liked the apartment and enjoyed my stay, but found the access via the app challenging.
Pros:

The location was good but a bit noisy due to traffic and local construction. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern kitchenette and blackout blinds. I would stay here again.

Cons:

I had problems accessing the car park using the key in the app on my phone. I contacted the staff who were helpful and resolved the issue. There was a similar problem accessing the lift reader using the app for access to my floor. I found it confusing that there were different codes sent via text, email and on the app. I was unsure which code was to be used to trigger the reader in lifts and for car park.

Complicated check-in process
Pros:

- The staff offered a late check-out at no extra charge
- Good internet connection
- Great apartment size
- Washer-dryer available in the apartment
- Clean
- Great water pressure in the shower
- Mini jacuzzi on the rooftop
- Quiet at night

Cons:

- Check-in was complicated — there is no reception, and you have to complete a long process to get a digital key on your phone. If you book for the same day, you need to contact the owner directly to receive the email with the digital key instructions. We also had to provide our card details, with a $200 hold placed on the card for a one-night stay.
- No luggage storage available, which is not convenient if you have a late flight since check-out is at 10 a.m.
- Too close to the stadium, so you can hear a lot of noise when there is a game or event nearby.

Nice & clean, comfortable bed. Had washing machine & dryer so we could wash & dry clothes. Awesome pool & spa.

Cons:

Luke warm water or cold shower. The water upstairs by the pool was hoter.

Pros:

Great location, great room and very clean.

Cons:

The digital key was not very reliable as wouldn't load up most of the time. But luckily I could just enter the code manually.
