Pros:

De kamer was prijs kwaliteit in orde.

Cons:

Het zwembad kan veel beter. Mensen die met kleren in het water gaan vanwege hun geloofsovertuiging is geen probleem. Het wordt wel een probleem als ze met diezelfde kleren gaan lunchen en er daarna terug mee zwemmen. Ook zijn er niet genoeg ligbedden waardoor de meeste gasten dagenlang hun handdoeken erop laten liggen. Er grijpt toch niemand in.

Kedves személyzet és ami még nagyon tetszett,hogy jelezni lehetett a szobánál (nem papír alapon), hogy pihenünk/takarítást kérünk illetve csengő is volt

Cons:

All inclusive, 4 csillagos helyként koszos volt a szoba érkezésünkkor, a függönyt se cserélték le! Általában víz, kV, vízforraló van bekészítve, itt nem volt megtalálható. 2 személyre 1 nagy törölköző volt elhelyezve. A hajszárító 2 percet se bírt,így használni se lehetett!
Az ételek nem változatosak, sok volt a mirelit, a köretek ugyanazok. Tengerparti üdülőváros lévén 1x volt hal!
Rengeteg volt az orosz szállóvendég,akik arrogánsak voltak a többivel szemben!

Плюсы:
• Чистый и приятный бассейн
• Хорошая горка и зона отдыха
• Удобные шезлонги и столики
• В целом красивая территория отеля
• Номер регулярно убирали
• Еда вкусная
• Приемлемое соотношение цена–качество

Cons:

Минусы:
• Очень неудобные и слишком твердые кровати
• Полы в номере практически не мыли
• В комнате было замечено стекло
• Очень навязчивое выпрашивание чаевых со стороны персонала
• Иногда создавалось ощущение, что без чаевых обслуживают хуже
• Алкоголь вызвал сомнения по качеству
• После некоторых коктейлей и водки было плохое самочувствие
• Подобные жалобы были и от других гостей отеля
• Хамам оказался намного дороже, чем было указано на Booking
• Отказались возвращать деньги за отмену хамама, даже заранее
• Тур-агенты и посредники делают огромные наценки на экскурсии и развлечения

The stuff ate very very disgusting 🫣 😑 😒 and rude 😤

I had a confirmation of my booking from booking.com and from them
When I got there they made me wait ✋️ for a long time ⌛️ and they were laughing 😃 and talking together
After a long wait ✋️ and watching 👀 others arrived and handed the keys 🔑 of the rooms
I started wondering 🤔
So I asked the receptionist what's going on
I come before those people and you asked me to wait ✋️
So I need my room keys 🔑
Then he started acting 🙄 stupid like he das not understand me
And he was looking to. He's a friend and smiling and chatting with him
So then he was tapping on his phone 📱
And face to me
I ride it's saying it is fully booked
I was so tired, coming from Canada travelling to Alanya Turkey 🇹🇷 in the south of Turkey
I became so upset 😡 why take you so long to tell me that
Then the other receptionist stood up and spoke English
He told me we don't like to deal with booking.com because they take a long time to pay us
I said you have a confirmation of the booked way did you confirm my booking
He said it is the system not me
I said How come I saw you giving keys 🔑 to other people they come after me
He said they other from Germany 🇩🇪 they book through MTS it's a big agency in Germany we work with them and they are trustworthy any pay us on time then he said if you book with MTS I will give you a room immediately
He told me next time book with MTS NO BOOKING.COM

Not a bad hotel. The room wasn't bad for a single person either, not big but enough for a solo stay. The guy at the reception was friendly and tried to answer all my questions.

Cons:

One of the factors in choosing this hotel was the gym. Unfortunately, the equipment was broken, which was very disappointing. The room's cleanliness was questionable: the air conditioner was very dirty inside, it hadn't been cleaned in a while, The dryer in the shower was loose, and a screw on one side kept falling out. In the staircase, between floors,you can found of surprise remaining after some animals. The food (breakfast only) was so-so, a stretch.

Cons:

This hotel full of drunk people who smoke cigarettes everywhere. Spa employees are aggressive if you dont buy their services. Waiters and cleaners are friendly. Food is ok, but they put the same salads everyday out and the main food is ok but its not healthy. Breakfeast is terrble and nothing healthy there to eat only fruit. nothing for no dairy of gluten free people. This hotel is 1-2 start hotel. The gym is horrible. it smells like someone has urinated in there. This hotel is suitable for you if you like drinking alcholo and smoking cigarettes. The main road is do noisy that I couldnt sleep for a week.
