Demhat Hotel Old City

Das Zimmer war gut. Der Balkon war richtig super, obwohl etwas klein. Es war sehr ruhig und gemütlich.

Tuvaletten berbat bir koku geliyor, odalar asla temizlenmemiş bir parmak toz var her yerde... konumu işime yakın olmasa asla tercih edilecek gibi değil.

Temiz merkezi konumda fiyat uygun

Zimmer könnte sauberer sein. Badezimmer war nicht ganz sauber (Waschbecken und Toilette). Sehr Laut mit den Cafés unten. viele shops und Cafés in der nähe sind schnell erreichbar.

Location

The rooms are nicely renovated with a modern feel, clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The room was small but suited our needs nicely. We were worried about the smell of cigarette smoke but we didn’t notice any.

However, the room looked nothing like the picture. The room also looks quite large in the picture but after seeing the building, I doubt there’s a room that large.

You have to walk up a narrow and steep curved staircase to get to the room so that may limit some guests physically

There’s a nice restaurant with good food and friendly staff right beside the hotel.

The hotel was hard to find in the dark because it’s just a hole in the wall but the staff from the neighboring restaurant were happy to help

We arrived later than expected and the staff were waiting for us, which was nice. Beyond that, we didn’t see them much.

If you have a car, parking is difficult all around the area. There’s free parking nearby after 9pm and until 9am.

The only real downside is that they haven’t installed p-traps so the smell of sewage in the bathroom is pretty bad.

Uygun fiyata çok temiz yüksek kalitede ve gerçekten şık bir daire. Kaldığımız en iyi otellerden biriydi. Her şey tastamam ve kaliteliydi. Bu fiyata diğer otellerde dandik bir televizyondan ötesi bulunmazken burada internete bağlanan ve gerçekten işimizi gören bir televizyon vardı. Buna ek olarak balkonumuz da vardı. Kış ayı olduğu için değerlendiremedik ama kesinlikle sıcak bir zamanda tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler.

In a quite area, 3rd overlooking the mosque. You get to see locals go about their daily lives in the mornings. Nice restaurant nearby.

It’s very clean place. Staff was amazing. Very young staff very caring about us. Always very helpful. Everything is very close. It’s the best place in Istanbul. We felt it’s like a home.

Excellent room with all facilities at very low price.

Easy for Uber drivers to reach to the location.
A few good restaurants are within no distance.

Jeg ved ikke hvor jeg skal starte fra . Men kan godt sige hvis du ikke tåler røg skal du ikke der. Røget trænger ind i værelset da døren har en lille åbning for neden . Er ikke egernet til høje mennesker over 170 . Da gangen er meget smal. Rengøringen er dårlig . Kort sagt det eneste godt ved hotellet er placering .

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything is great in regards of all areas !!

Walkable distance of many istambul iconic places. Proximity of a small local market. Nice area to enjoy and appreciate the life style of the local residents.

The hotel staff was very cooperative The place was good for the stay all the mosques are nearby.
