Está muy limpio todo bien un poco lejos del aeropuerto a 1h yo tenía coche alquilado y te mueves bien sin coche no se el Mercadona muy cerca

Buen lugar pero malo el trato de la mujer de la limpieza

La ubicación mala, ningún restaurante ni bar cerca andando, tienes que coger el coche para todo, y me pasó una cosa increíble, teniamos el check out a las 11:00 am el ultimo día y la limpiadora entro dentro de nuestra habitacion sin avisar a las 10:00h para preguntarnos a que hora nos ibamos a ir, invadiendo nuestra privacidad e intimidad, alucinante

Cucarachas atención decepcionante

Nuestra experiencia en este apartahotel en Fuerteventura ha sido bastante mala, no solo por la aparición de una cucaracha en la habitación escondida detrás del cabecero, sino sobre todo por la actitud del recepcionista que estaba por la tarde.

La primera solución que nos ofrecieron fue mandar al servicio técnico a echar insecticida en la habitación donde después teníamos que dormir. Nos negamos porque no nos parecía razonable dormir inmediatamente después de fumigar un espacio cerrado, y el recepcionista reaccionó de malas maneras cuando pedimos un cambio de habitación.

Durante la conversación nos dijo cosas como que “esto es una isla y hay cucarachas”, “¿y si os sale otra en la nueva habitación?” y que ahora “iban a tener que hacer otra habitación”, además de quejarse diciendo “claro, a estas horas”, cuando nosotros acabábamos de llegar después de pasar todo el día fuera y eran ya las 22:00 de la noche.

Finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación, pero con una actitud bastante chulesca y poco profesional. Entendemos que en zonas cálidas puede aparecer algún insecto ocasionalmente, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es cómo se trata al cliente cuando ocurre un problema, y en nuestro caso la atención fue muy decepcionante.

Pros:

Cortesia e gentilezza dello staff. A causa di un ritardo del volo siamo arrivati in struttura al termine del servizio cena ( incluso nella nostra prenotazione). Dopo pochi minuti in stanza una persona del ristorante ci ha consegnato due piatti abbondanti con alcune pietanze per la cena. Abbiamo apprezzato molto.
La struttura è sempre ben curata e pulita.
Si trova in Zona tranquilla.
A pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Esquinzo

Cons:

La nostra camera era un po’ umida. Non so se è stato un caso di quei giorni.
Purtroppo la notte/mattina presto non scorre acqua nei lavandini e water.

Migliorerei la pulizia, gli asciugamani puzzavano di chiuso e non di biancheria pulita e odorante , metterei a disposizione il cambio asciugamani almeno 2 volte a settimana. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi all’inizio con il phone ma il proprietario ha risolto tempestivamente acquistandone uno nuovo , sono stati molto gentili e disponibili
