Pros:

立地がいい。道路を挟んだ先にセントラルプラザがある。
建物が清潔できれい。
部屋は広く、インテリアがおしゃれでリラックスできる空間だった。
部屋にあるミニバー（ドリンク・お土産）の品ぞろえがよく、センスがいいと思った。ホテルオリジナルのヤードムがあり1つ買った。
レストランのメニュー・カクテルの種類も多く、美味しい。
朝食も同様、たくさん種類があって美味しかった。
足をのばせる大きなバスタブに外を臨める大きな窓。洗い場もある。ちゃんと熱いお湯もでた。
駐車場が広かった。
ポーターさんの対応が良かった。２部屋予約していて荷物も多かったので助かった。
大通りに面しているのに騒音は気にならなかった。

Cons:

バスタブに浸かった時のザラザラが気になった。
バスソルトなどあったらパーフェクト。
チェックイン時にトイレットペーパーがなかった。（たぶん補充忘れ）

Very comfortable room with huge bed. Nicely fitted out.
Smart TV with Netflix etc was welcome.
Friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet was varied but caters mainly to the Asian clientele which is to be expected.

Cons:

Location was a little out of the way on a very busy road. Due to this there was a lot of road noise so if you are a light sleeper insist on a room at back. Unfortunately, we were at the front near car park entrance.
Grab costs about 80 baht to the clock tower.

หลายอย่าง พนักงานส่วนน้อยยิ้มแย้ม และทักทายลูกค้าที่เข้าพัก ส่วนมากจะไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มโดยเฉพาะพนักต้อนรับชาย ขนาดพวกเราเดินผ่านหน้าเค้าเตอร์ทุกวัน แต่พนักชายไม่เคยกล่าวสวัสดีหรือยิ้มให้แบบจริงใจเลย ควรปรับปรุงส่วนนี้เป็นอย่างมาก
องค์กรควรอย่างยิ่งอบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับservice mind จะได้สร้างความประทับใจ และจะได้กลับมาพักอีกครั้งหน้า แต่สำหรับทางเราคงไม่มีครั้งถัดไปอีกแน่นอน
ห้องอาหารก็เช่นกันเวลาลูกค้ามาพักจะดีมากถ้าพนักยิ้มแย้มและทักทายลูกค้า แต่กลับเดินสวนกับลูกค้าโดยไม่แม้แต่จะยิ้มให้ การทำงานบริการหัวใจสำนักคือservice mind ที่นี่ติดลบมาก พนักงานส่วนมากทำพฤติกรรมไม่ค่อยประทับใจเหมือนลูกค้ามาขอพักฟรี ทั้งๆที่เราก็พักหลายคืนเลย พนักเล่นโทรศัพท์มือถือในที่ทำงาน คิดว่าเป็นภาพลักษณ์ที่แย่ให้กับองค์กรอาหารเช้าข้าวสวยไม่ร้อน อาหารร้อนควรจะรักษาความร้อนของอาหารที่ปกติควรทานร้อน
Wi-Fi ไม่ดี เด้งออกตลอด ต้องใส่ชื่อและพาสเวิร์ดตลอด ซึ่งน่าเบื่อมาก
ปกติจะไม่เคยเขียนคอมเม้นต์อะไร แต่ครั้งนี้มันแย่มากจริงๆ

Nice hotel to stay and to explore Chiang Rai
Pros:

The room is spacious and comfortable enough for 3 adults. However, once the sofa is converted into a bed, there’s no seating area available. We ended up sitting on the floor, which was quite uncomfortable. It would be great to have at least a single chair in the room for seating.

Malgré pas mal de commentaire positif sur cet établissement je n'ai vraiment rien à dire de positif.

Cons:

Mon accueil à été vraiment chaotique.

Le personnel condescendant, le réceptionniste à élevé la voix car je lui expliquait que j'avais réservé une chambre avec lit kinsize et non lit double.

Suite à ça personne n'es venu nettoyer ma chambre 2 jours du suite j ai dû demander tous les jours après mon activité à ce qu ils nettoie ma chambre et change les linges.

La WiFi a du être changé dans ma chambre elle ne fonctionnait pas.

De sur il y avait des puces de lit.


Et pour couronner le tout je suis tombé deux fois malade après la prise du petit déjeuner où ils n'ont vraiment pas grand choix, pour exemple pas de banane pour mon fils de 1an et demi et facturé comme un adulte.

Vraiment très déçu par mon séjour dans cet établissement.

Plus jamais.

Würde nicht mehr wieder kommen.
Cons:

Die Zimmer waren voller Staub und alles hat sehr viel Geld gekostet.

Das Frühstück war nicht essbar.

Wir haben die letzte Nacht in einem anderen Hotel geschlafen weil es uns so gejuckt hat nachts.
