The room wasn't great and wasn't clean. Seems like folks have been reviewing this hotel based on staff and price, not the facility.
Clean
Location is far away from the centre (2.5km / 30 min walk). The booking was “cancel at anytime” and I hoped to cancel my final night to be closer to the city centre but because the booking was through Booking.com the hotel was unable to cancel my last night as they couldn’t replace the room.
We had a lovely welcome from everyone at the hotel and they were very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, good air con and WiFi. The Banh mi stall out front was run by the hotel and they were delicious. A five minute walk from the beach, with lots of lovely restaurants nearby, there is also a small supermarket next door. It was only a short taxi ride into the town centre. They were able to organise an onward taxi ride to Hoi An at a much better rate than Grab. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this hotel again, it was excellent value for money.

Service was over and beyond, truly excellent. Very convenient as there is a laundry at basement floor and should the weather be gloomy or raining, there is a nice banh mi shop at the hotel. Would definitely book that place again when we go back to Da Nang.
Very friendly staff. I came in the peak season with no booking and this hotel was responsive to confirm my reservation and responding. Clean room. Comfy bed. Slept very well. Close to beach. There is very good banh mi and coffee juice right in the hotels front yard.
Great location. Perfect for solo traveler remote worker. Food options and market in immediate area, very walkable. I block down from the beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
welcome was amazing, the owner and his wife are most exceptional hosts. his wife has the coffee and bahn mi stall at the front and she is amazing. the room was big and comfortable with a room service every day. she was also amazingly happy and helpful. it is just 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. also massage, nails and feet treatment close by. La Maison was an exceptional place to stay..thank you.

Friendly staff, lots of space
Little details were missed, things like no loo roll in our room. Also, to pay on card the surcharge was extortionate which we had no choice to adhere to due to flight times. Also on a big main road.
Really nice Place to spend a few days whilst in Da Nang. The room were really clean and they changed the towels and bottles of water every day. The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. They also upgraded our room which was lovely bonus!
