Pros:

Very friendly staff. I came in the peak season with no booking and this hotel was responsive to confirm my reservation and responding. Clean room. Comfy bed. Slept very well. Close to beach. There is very good banh mi and coffee juice right in the hotels front yard.

Pros:

Great location. Perfect for solo traveler remote worker. Food options and market in immediate area, very walkable. I block down from the beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

exceptional hosts and place to stay, close to beach, restaurants and massage and nail places.
Pros:

welcome was amazing, the owner and his wife are most exceptional hosts. his wife has the coffee and bahn mi stall at the front and she is amazing. the room was big and comfortable with a room service every day. she was also amazingly happy and helpful. it is just 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. also massage, nails and feet treatment close by. La Maison was an exceptional place to stay..thank you.

Cons:

Little details were missed, things like no loo roll in our room. Also, to pay on card the surcharge was extortionate which we had no choice to adhere to due to flight times. Also on a big main road.

Great! I would stay again
Pros:

Really nice Place to spend a few days whilst in Da Nang. The room were really clean and they changed the towels and bottles of water every day. The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. They also upgraded our room which was lovely bonus!

La Maison hotel demands demolition Urgently
Pros:

Nothing to like. The hotel needs demolition. It's a broad day light rubbery to keep that hotel in the market and collect money.

The poor receptionists trying their best to help and comfort the quests. Bless them 🙏

Cons:

To pay by card... They want to charge me 3% which is okay in most places in Vietnam... But they want another 11% for tax.
That's 14% extra cost to a dead hotel. Unbelievable.

I paid them cash for the two nights I booked.
I couldn't sleep the room was on the road with sellers bikers and the hotel's guests drinking and smoking shouting at their loudest voices.
And the bed slopes to the head side which looks like a black hole.

I left the so called hotel as early as possible. I didn't care for the remaining one night payment I paid, I just left it with them.

Here again my Vietnam's tour experience and stories. Hope to publish book soon.. Hahaha.

Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Lag niet aan het strand, maar wel op loopafstand, er was een lift. Bed was okay. Wel veel bedden bij elkaar in 1 kamer waardoor het heel krap wordt.

Cons:

De kamer en afbeelding kwamen niet overeen. De kamer nr 306 stonk heel erg, er kwam water door de muur vanuit de kamer van de buren waardoor de muren beschimmeld waren en de vloer naast het bed nat. Dat hebben ze geweten want de ramen werden telkens wijd opengezet. Buiten waren ze bezig met slijpwerkzaamheden met de ramen op de gang open waardoor geluidshinder en stof.

We had a very pleasant stay at La Maison Danang Beach Hotel. The location right by My Khe Beach was excellent — perfect for morning walks and easy access to the sea. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.
