Wonderful staff, rooms we would stay again 100%
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is beautiful. We arrived early then check time and they made a room up for us immediately. Rooms are extremely clean and massive. Good selecting for breakfast. Great value for money. Great spot if you are coming or going to ha long bay for the cruises. Short taxi ride from the port.
