Perfect Carcassonne Base
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Carcassonne. Our room was down a series of corridors and stairs so was somewhat less than convenient to get to, but being out of the way was also quiet. While nothing stands out, the only negative was the front desk not being able to offer recommendations for restaurants in town. They offered an "app" for recommendations, but several of the links were to permanently closed places. Breakfast was decent and the on-site parking was a significant plus.

Hôtel très sympa et bien situé. L'équipe est accueillante. L'établissement est bien tenu et très confortable à proximité de la cité médiévale.
J'y étais déjà allé et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Cons:

Pour être au top du top, ce serait pas mal de prévoir éventuellement un petit frigo et un moyen de chauffer de l'eau pour le thé et/ou le café dans les chambres.

Great hotel with a great location. Perfect for our one night stay.
Pros:

It had a great location, literally a few meters to the main entrance to the Cite. It’s a small hotel but it was just perfect and our room had a queen size bed a bunk bed for my kids.

Great location and set up - inquire about air conditioning/fan
Pros:

I loved that I could view the castle from our room. It was only a few steps away which was perfect. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

It was too hot in April. I think we tried to turn the air conditioning on and it was a heater. We had to have the windows open all night. People were noisy and smoking in the parking lot. I should’ve asked the staff how to adjust the fan.
