Nice enough but expensive
Pros:

Quiet room, on the back of the building, with a view on the old city.
Good location, a few steps from the walls and 5' walking to the bus to get to the station.
Decent breakfast.
Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

Towel dryer did not work.
Heating in the room was not sufficient - outside temperature of 7 °C during my stay.
Overall, price for room and breakfast was excessive for what was offered.

I enjoyed my stay and I would happily return to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was situated within easy walking distance from Cite de Carcassonne, which is perfect for tourists to have a nice look around the many shops and restaurants.
The room had everything you need, but I was only there for one night so definitely adequate for my requirements.
Breakfast was good with croissants, pan au chocolat, french bread, cheese, ham, yoghurts, preserves and fruit all available.

Cons:

The parking was very limited, and parking area quite small to turn around in, but clearly stated on the Hotel description with advice that there are car parks close by if there is no room at the hotel.

Pros:

Tout était parfait de l'accueil, à la chambre et au petit déjeuner, avec des produits de qualité.
Hôtel très propre, au pied des murailles de Carcassonne.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol, mais cela ne peut ce régler, est la petitesse du parking, qui par contre et sous video-surveillance, un plus.
