Excellent 2 night stay to visit this lovely city
Pros:

The proximity of the hotel to the city of Carcassonne.
Staff were very friendly.
Very good breakfast.

Cons:

A fridge in the eoom would have been useful given the high temperature.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location!
Pros:

Excellent location right next to the Medieval City. Lovely clean swimming pool was a godsend in the hottest week of the year, and just so nice to be swimming with a view of the turrets of the citadel. Really nice breakfast. Family room had an additional bedroom with bunkbeds, and we had our own terrace. The staff were all really friendly and spoke French and English.

Cons:

No problems at all with this property- we loved it!

Cadre trés beau, hébergement et son personnel d'accueil super
Pros:

Le personnel de l'accueil super gentil, à l'écoute. Ces personnes nous ont donné de trés bons conseils (orientation pour le choix de restaurants corrects, balaades, itinerarires ..)

No se podía hacer checkin hasta las 15:00 h, éramos un grupo de 10 personas. Le pedimos que nos guardara las maletas para pasear mientras y nos dijeron que no, que las dejáramos allí en una esquina. Tuvimos que esperar las 10 personas …hasta las 15.05 h
Por cierto, no se para que ponen una cesta con caramelos, cogí uno y veo que corriendo la quitaron de en medio…supongo que es un gasto excesivo, para la clientela de booking.

Not bad.
Pros:

The power shower was wonderful, the best shower we have had in over a week touring in France, even if the bathroom was very small (you literally needed to have your feet in the shower when using the toilet). The room was clean, and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was very noisy, both from traffic noise and the restaurant opposite until after 1.00am.

Fantástico. Excelente estancia.
Pros:

Està a 2 minutos andando de la Cité de Carcassone. Desde la habitación vistas espléndidas de las murallas. Con parking gratuito para dejar el coche, piscina perfecta y habitación familiar amplia. El personal super atento y amable y un riquísimo y variado desayuno.

Cons:

Nada… todo perfecto; para repetir sin duda.
