Pros:

Phòng 2 giường cho 3 người là khá rộng rãi và thoải mái với view ban công hướng ra đường nhưng không hề thấy ồn.
Có 2 chú rùa ngoài ban công, khá dễ thương.
Toilet sạch sẽ. Hệ thống điện cảm ứng rất tốt.
Khu vực chung trong nhà khá sạch, nên thoải mái đi chân đất. Buổi sáng chủ home bật nhạc nghe rất hay, rất nhiệt tình.
Nếu có dịp đi Ninh chữ sẽ ghé lại.

Cons:

Nước nóng hơi yếu, nhưng đang mùa nóng nên tắm nước lạnh cũng được.

The place is really good. However, this is not suitable for persons who cannot climb stairs.
Pros:

Mr. Win, the host, is very friendly and helpful. When the bus tickets for the next destination were not available, he made alternative arrangements for my travel. Went out of the way to help me.

Cons:

My country is inadvertently mentioned as Thailand. I live and work in USA and I am a Canadian citizen.

The space at the homestay is extremely clean and cool. The equipment in the room is very modern, most of which are automatic or touch. The service attitude of the host is very enthusiastic.
