Buen hotel para descansar

El estacionamiento está bastante grande. Es buen lugar para llegar a dormir ya que no está tan cerca del centro y hay silencio absoluto.
El clima es bueno tanto si hace frío o calor se ajusta y es muy cómodo

Cons:

Fallo el agua caliente el primer día estaban haciendo mantenimiento y no nos avisaron por lo que me tuve que bañar con agua fría. El segundo día no estaba funcionando y hablé a recepción para que lo arreglaran, lo atendieron rápido pero eso fue algo incómodo

Regresaré pronto!
Pros:

Las camas son muy cómodas, las almohadas relajantes, el baño se disfrutó mucho, es agradable limpio y muy calientita el agua, la terraza súper agradable, tranquila, equipada y limpia.

No hay agua caliente en la regadera, no contestan teléfonos para atender, baño, huele drenaje
Aparentemente las instalaciones se ven buenas, sin embargo, falta atención al cliente y resolver lo que no se encuentra bien en el hotel

El ubicación y el estado de la propiedad me parece bueno pero lo malo es que no tienen personal suficiente para atender al huesped, sus terminales para las tarjetas de crédito no funcionan, y si pagas en efectivo no tienen la posibilidad de entregarte un recibo. Cabe destacar que la única persona que te atiende es un guerrero!!!
Tiene una actitud de servicio increíble, es atento, servicial y da todo de si (me parece que esa persona es de seguridad). Ojala puedan contratar a alguien que pueda ayudarle a sus tareas.

Pros:

El hotel está bien cuidado y muy limpio, pero estaá preparado como centro de capacitacion y convenciones para alumnos y maestros de universidades y por lo mismo no hay servicio de cafeteria, ni room service si no vas en un grupo grande, ni siquiera un lugar cerca para comprar un café. Cuenta con una maquina expendedora de bebidas frias y otra de botanas y galletas. El personal se esforzó por ayudarnos en todo, como conseguirnos una secadora de cabello, pedirnos taxi (si no llevas carro lo necesitas para todo), e incluso buscarnos otro hotel porque no hay elevador y yo uso bastón . El gerente muy atento nos alojó en la suite de PB con la misma tarifa de la habitación doble que teníamos reservada. Valle de Bravo es en verdad un pueblo mágico y vale mucho la pena conocerlo
