Despite the “instructions” we received we were only able to get into the building because another patron coming back in let us in. It took another hour or so to get the next 2 doors open. We were never able to speak with a human and the chat gave us totally irrelevant — and extremely frustrating— responses. In the 2 nights we were there we tried without success to help another 2 sets of people having the same problems.
One of the attractions was that it was quiet. It wasn’t. The first night the police arrested someone just outside my window. It felt and sounded as if he were going to be coming through the window. I didn’t feel particularly safe.
