Amazing Villa with the best staff!
Pros:

Very Clean&Spacious has everything you need good air con & a nice shower (had some terrible ones while in Sri Lanka ) there’s a shared fridge, Freezer, cooking Facilities, washing machine) a minute walk to the beach where the villa have reserved sun loungers for guests.

Hasira (The man who worked in the Villa) was so welcoming and helpful he went out of his way and showed us restaurants to eat. The next day we visited the temple with him and a museum he showed us around the town.

We were able to extend our check out which was great.

If we didn’t have a flight booked to our next destination we would have absolutely stayed another night.

Thanks so much for having us and if we visit Sri Lanka again I will definitely be back here.

Fabulous
Pros:

This is a brand new hotel and the caretaker and owner made sure our stay was extremely comfortable. The brand new AC unit in our room did not work but it was no trouble for them to give us a different room where the AC worked perfectly.
The kitchen facilities were great ti enable us to prepare a simple breakfast although a toaster would have been a great addition and washing up liquid too.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great.

Cons:

It is a shame that the sea view is being obscured by the building of a new hotel directly in front of it but it is such a short walk to the beach from the house so it didn’t spoil our lovely break away from Colombo

Superb
Pros:

We've been over 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, and this was the cleanest and best equipped apartment. The sea view room with balcony is definately worth the price. Wi-fi works perfect. Shower works perfect.
