Also ich war in mehrere Hotels aber wie der 4 Sterne bekommen hat weiß ich echt nicht!

Yemek sipariş verdim uygulamamda teslim edildi görünüyordu yarim saat sonra resepsiyonu aradigimda aldığım cevap beni kimse aramadi o yüzden bende aramadim bu arada pera palace ta desk sefiyim bu adamlari otelinizde tutmayin kesinlikle zarar tesis mükemmel az maas vericem diye otelinizi degersilestirmeyin profesyonel insanlarla çalışın tecrubesizlik hat safhada bornoz soruyorum o nedir diyor :) gerçekten komiktende öte bir resepsiyonistiniz var dun 3-11 shiftindekiyle devam etmenizi onermiyorum

Güzel otel. Muhtemelen bir daha giderim
Pros:

Kalite fiyat performansı açısından gayet ideal bir otel. Güler yüzlü personel hizmeti. müşterilerini memnun etmeye yönelik. Oda kalitesi biraz daha yükseltilebilir.(Eski havlular, para kasası eksikliği, daha kullanisli bir duş vb.) Oda ses yalitimi da çok iyi değildi. Ama temizlik konusunda gayet çaliskan bir otel.

Staff are incredible friendly and competent, hotel rooms are clean and spacious

Besöker aldrig om igen
Pros:

Hotellet var på ett bra läge.

Cons:

Riktigt dålig kommunikation från personalen. Fick byta rum 2 gånger under mina 3 nätter där. Det första bytet var just på grund av dålig kommunikation och att hotellet försökte få mig att ge dom högt betyg, andra för att elen inte fungerade. Tredje rummet var ok.
