Pros:

The location is superb. If you are cooking, then this is the place for you.

Cons:

The aircond is not too cold even though i have set the tempt to 16°c. I have to on the ceiling fan. And the utensils is not enough. If you have children more than 2, please bring some utensil from home. If it is lesser then that, it is all alright.

Good for 3 only. Location good.

Location and facilities. Pool.

Cons:

Elevators (there are 4) are ridiculous, very busy building and apartment on 20th floor. Took 15-20mins for elevator, we walked down the stairs. Not the properties fault but inconvenience added to stay. Was a weekend so may have been bad time.
Booked for 5 ppl, had 3 beds made up, 3 terrible towels and told that is all that’s available. No linen provided for sofa bed (which is quite worn and uncomfortable). Not good enough when you have to go and purchase your own bedding!

1. Staff (Lina) diminta plastik sampah, sampai ke Hari cekout pun muncul2 plastik sampah nya..
Guest dah usaha utk mbuang sampah ke tmpt khusus, cuma perlu sediakan plastik sampah jerr pun di homestay tu..
2. Owner at least follow up keperluan guest..

Second time book here. Parents suka sebab walkable to nearest local spot. Tak crowded utk tunggu lift sebab bukan public holiday. Building level bawah ada convenience store.

Pros:

Ubicación frente al mercado. Las vista son espectaculares. Muy amplio, todo en buen estado y limpio. Cocina más que completa. Además con piscina!
Reservamos a última hora, por un problema en otro hotel y no hubo ningún problema, en un momento teníamos nuestro apartamento.

Nada.

Family Weekend Staycation
Pros:

The studio is comfortably equipped and if there's something to quibble about, they provided a tiny soap bar only & it's the fact that there's a washing machine but no detergent provided. Then again, the sundry shop is just a walk downstairs & you're loaded with options of which is best for your clothes!

Location was perfect. It is literally across the street to where the famous craft markets are, plenty of food around and massage parlors to relieve those tired muscles.

True to it's name, it is dual view. A city view on the living room area and partial sea with fishing boats on the bedoom area. Bedroom is a queen + single, with pillows and blankets. The sofa bed could probably sleep 3, but it comes without a blanket, just planned your PJs wear & you're all set! TV comes with Netflix.

Cons:

Parking is paid but it's RM 1 per hour, you're only given one access card but it's really not the host's fault :)

夕飯どきに大雨となったが市場が通りを渡ってすぐで助かった。向かいにはスーパーが入った建物もあるし好立地。

whatsappがこの国では当たり前のツールになっているがDLしておらずbooking.comで連絡をとったがレスポンス悪く鍵の受け渡しがわかりづらい
