Nice view

Cons:

Very worn out equipment, very cold inside - freezing in bathroom (no heaters inside!!!), a lot of cold air coming through door and windows. There was a party in apartment on our floor, I wrote a text message to the staff but nobody showed up and they never replied to me.

Pros:

Room is VERY spacious; full kitchen with all kinds of cookingwares; lots of electrical outlets; comfy sofa and TV; great to have kitchen island, dinning table, coffee table, and 2 side tables. The lower-level parking garage is very convenient, preventing your car from getting buried in snow (25 dollars per night). There are two elevators from the parking garage directly to your room upstairs.

Cons:

There wasn't enough hot water for the whole family of three to shower; Above the doors to both bedrooms, there is a large square hole in the wall, allowing sound and light to pass through completely, rendering the doors useless.

Good location, amazing view, great staff -- would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

This was a very convenient location. The space was very comfortable, and the view was stunning. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was great to be able to store food and prepare a meal.

Cons:

It was a little pricey, but still worth it, in my opinion.

Limpio, amplio y comodo.
Pros:

Lo amplio y espacioso de la suite, y la vista de la ciudad. El lobby tiene una decoración original y boho style que le da una experiencia calidad al recibirte.

Cons:

Que no pudieron resolverme mi booking ni so suite en modificar mi reservación ya que me comunique desde antes de mi llegada que note que marque mi salida el 18 de enero y la ocupaba mi salida el 17 de enero. Lo cual asi lo hice desde ls 8:20 am deje mis maletas en storage de recepcion. y solicite el check out. Solicito se haga reembolso de es noche que no use. Pues yo me comunique con ambas empresas a tiempo.

The only thing I didn't like is that if I extended my stay in the same apartment, I had to put in a second insurance other than the one I paid previously.

A GREAT value for the money, you're getting way more SPACE than a regular hotel but comes at a cost.
Pros:

This option comes down to SPACE vs. the other option we were considering, The Courtyard at Marriott. For about the same amount of money, we got a much larger space, our own rooms and parking at the building [fee].

Cons:

The downside to this option is that the furniture, specifically the couch in the main room was very dirty and you could see stains all over the couch from past stays. Overall it was fine but there are signs of cheap materials / furniture and the couch in the main room is on the small side. We were only 2 guys, me at 5'9" and my friend at 6'2" and we barely fit on the couch laying out without touching each other. The chair near the window was also covered with stains from past stays, it appears the deposit money wasn't used to clean / replace those pieces of furniture. I've never seen stained furniture at Marriott properties.

Great value for a stylish, comfortable space.
Pros:

Loved the space. So much room. Well-equipped and terrific value. Glad for on-site parking. Very close to The Met, where we saw a show.

The neighborhood wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, either.

It was okay.
Pros:

The view was nice and was not far from the Broad Street Line.

Cons:

The washer placement was terrible as the swinging door hits the toilet, and this makes it difficult to move the laundry to the dryer. The staff at the counter was difficult to find sometimes. There is no water fountain in the gym area. The built-in stove does not work and we had to use a portable one. The water pressure for the shower is weak.
