Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: From the exit of the station, go right, walk under the underpass, then take the third corner right (by Seven-Eleven convenience store). The hotel is 164 feet straight ahead on the left hand side of the street.
Direction From Narita Airport: Take Keisei Skyliner (Express Train) from Narita Airport to Nippori (about 40 minutes). At Nippori, change to JR Yamanote Line (towards Ikebukuro/Shinjuku), and get off at Shin-Okubo Station (9 stations/about 25 minutes).
Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests cannot share the existing beds, and all guests need to sleep on their own bed.
Only guests staying at this hotel are allowed in the guest rooms. Friends of family members cannot enter the guest rooms.
Please note deluxe twin room is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevators at the property.

Well located next to Shin Oboku station, clean and with friendly staff there 24/7. Able to leave luggage on arrival and last day which is always very helpful. Right in Korea-town so a nice change of food at the end of 3 weeks.
Wifi is very poor and the beds were very hard.

We traveled during the rainy season. There is no ventilation at all, and the smell of dampness lingers.

Le lit était un peu trop dure, mais peut-être qu’au Japon ils préfèrent ainsi !
De locatie is top: rustig maar wel heel centraal. Dicht bij het metrostation welke je vervolgens overal naartoe kan brengen. Het was schoon, indien gewenst dagelijkse schoonmaak service. Personeel was erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. Prijs is goed voor wat je krijgt.
De bedden zijn heel erg hard, alsof je op een blok beton ligt. Daarnaast is het ook zeer gehorig. De buurt is erg rustig maar je hoort je buren kletsen of snurken.

Cuando íbamos a dormir, había una vibración en el suelo un tanto molesta y durante todo el día y la noche.
Tampoco estaba muy limpio.
