Important information:

Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: From the exit of the station, go right, walk under the underpass, then take the third corner right (by Seven-Eleven convenience store). The hotel is 164 feet straight ahead on the left hand side of the street.

Direction From Narita Airport: Take Keisei Skyliner (Express Train) from Narita Airport to Nippori (about 40 minutes). At Nippori, change to JR Yamanote Line (towards Ikebukuro/Shinjuku), and get off at Shin-Okubo Station (9 stations/about 25 minutes).

Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests cannot share the existing beds, and all guests need to sleep on their own bed.

Only guests staying at this hotel are allowed in the guest rooms. Friends of family members cannot enter the guest rooms.

Please note deluxe twin room is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevators at the property.

お得感はあるが落ち着かなかった

駅前で町の中心部で利便性がサイコーでした

Cons:

内装や部屋は新しく清潔でしたがプレハブかと思うくらい壁も薄く入り口扉も簡易的な感じで廊下を歩く音や扉を閉める音、隣の部屋の音が普通に聞こえて落ち着かなかった

Cons:

シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープは、袋に入った携帯用でした。髪が長いと足りません。整髪料とかつけてる場合、2度洗いできないですよね。

Pros:

The room was Japanese standard size, not very big but good enough and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the service was wonderful with such a friendly and helpful team.
I highly recommend it for two people traveling with light luggage. The location is excellent, super close to restaurants and the city center, which made everything very convenient.
Would definitely stay here again!
