Important information:

Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: From the exit of the station, go right, walk under the underpass, then take the third corner right (by Seven-Eleven convenience store). The hotel is 164 feet straight ahead on the left hand side of the street.

Direction From Narita Airport: Take Keisei Skyliner (Express Train) from Narita Airport to Nippori (about 40 minutes). At Nippori, change to JR Yamanote Line (towards Ikebukuro/Shinjuku), and get off at Shin-Okubo Station (9 stations/about 25 minutes).

Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests cannot share the existing beds, and all guests need to sleep on their own bed.

Only guests staying at this hotel are allowed in the guest rooms. Friends of family members cannot enter the guest rooms.

Please note deluxe twin room is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevators at the property.

Bon emplacement mais chambre très moyen
Pros:

Très bon emplacement pour faire des activités à Tokyo, situé au centre de shin Okubo près de Shinjuku. La gare est à quelques minutes à pied. Shin Okubo est un quartier coréen très animé.

Cons:

Les murs et sols de l'hôtel sont en placo c'est mal isolé, on entend les bruits de pas et les voisins dans le couloir le soir c'était un peu bruyant.
Dommage que la télé soit toute petite avec uniquement 9.chaines sans Netflix ou Youtube.
Pour une personne de grande taille la chambre, salle de bain et baignoire peuvent être un peu petite.
Et il faut toujours laisser sa clé à l'accueil avant de sortir dehors.

Super centralt en station från Shinjuku! Reception öppet 24/7 och mycket trevlig personal

Cons:

Möjligen lite trångt rum och de saknade fönster vilket gjorde att de kändes lite instängt

최고의 위치 최고의 가성비
Pros:

JR선과 매우 가깝다. 주변에 편의점 식당이 있어서 숙소 근처에서 웬만한건 다 해결 가능하다. 룸서비스도 있어서 매우 좋았다. 방 공간도 캐리어를 2개 펼쳐두어도 공간이 남아서 쾌적했다. 욕실도 욕조가 있고 샤워도 편하게 가능했다. 잘 때도 히터를 틀고 자면 따뜻하였다. 그리고 체크인이 3시인데 2시에 도와준 직원분에게 감사하다.

Cons:

룸서비스를 요청을 하지않았을 때는 룸서비스가 되었고 요청을 오후쯤에 했을때는 되어있지 않았다. 하지만 크게 지장은 없었다.

If you can ignore thin walls and creaky floor, amazing place to book for a clean and spacious stay near Shinjuku.
Pros:

Staff was really accommodating. We booked same day for a one night stay. Room was relaxing with the green theme. Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Very nit picky because I had a great stay, but the walls and floor are weakly constructed. You can hear your neighbors and worry that you are making too much noise for those below you. But the overall room and location was great!
