Would stay if I was in a pinch but would look for somewhere I felt a little more safe.

Clean room and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Location wasn’t the best. Didn’t feel safe to walk out to the car alone at night due to homeless people and sketchy people walking in the parking lot. It was about 12:45am and I have an infant. There were a group of men that were having drinks out by the pool still and talking loudly. When I asked the front desk to kindly ask them to quiet down I was met with yes we will, the they continued to chat till about 2 in the morning.

Comfortable, Clean, and Captivating!
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The entire building was extremely clean and I liked that it was secluded from the plaza that it’s in. There were tons of food options nearby as well as grocery and convenience stores. The pool was beautiful, though sadly we didn’t have enough time in our stay to use it. Our room was lovely, the lighting was a vibe, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel! This is a great place to stay if you’re in Long Beach.

Location was good. The bar had food which was a nice

Cons:

Some of the other customers were really loud at 4am - had to call the desk and they took care of it. The walls are REALLY THIN! Felt like the neighbors were in our room at times.

It’s difficult to describe just how impressed I was with the staff and the design and cleanliness.
Pros:

When I drove by the Cove I had the impression that it was going to be kind of a dump. When I went inside it was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the design and cleanliness was of both the lobby and my room was extremely nice.

Cons:

I ate breakfast and dinner there twice. Again the staff were very friendly but I felt the food could be turned up a notch.
