Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Duży, czysty pokój z łazienką. Bardzo miła obsługa. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę bardzo dobre - duży wybór na słodko, na słono też każdy coś znajdzie, dodatkowo obsługa robi kawę. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Letto comodo, stanza grande, personale disponibile a cambiarci stanza

Cons:

Struttura sporca e un po' fatiscente. Nella prima stanza che ci hanno dato pioveva dentro, i muri erano bagnatissimi, intrisi di umidità. Ci hanno poi cambiato stanza, la quale era calda, ma ci siamo trovati una lumaca enorme nel bagno....

Struttura vecchiotta e non molto curata. Camera spaziosa ma mobili vecchi, bagno ristrutturato parzialmente con parti ancora da ritoccare o lasciate scoperte (ad esempio la cassa di scarico del water) non funzionanti. Pulizia non eccellente ma mediocre.

parcheggio compreso, cortesia del personale, ascensore nuovo

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
La struttura è da rinnovare, i bagni però sono rifatti e vanno benissimo, acqua calda e buona pressione, spazioso e ciò che più conta: pulito. Quando viaggio non mi importa dell'aspetto della struttura nei limiti della sicurezza e comfort termico anche perché nelle strutture mi appoggio giusto per lavarmi, dormire, fare colazione perciò consiglio new park hotel

la colazione era soddisfacente
prezzo per il periodo di lucca-comics conveniente, circa 30€ a testa con colazione inclusa

Cons:

ho soggiornato una solo notte, ma:
-luce in camera non era buona, ma diciamo non troppo influente;
-muri sporchi e ammaccati;
-finestra rotta nella parte inferiore, dunque entrava il freddo;
-trovato un asciugamano per terra piegato, non capendo il motivo fino a quando non l'ho calpestato : era bagnato...bagnato perchè il condizionatore perdeva acqua;
- lavandino bagno otturato;
-crosta di sporcizia sulla tazza del water;
-utilizzando l'asciugacapelli, la luce del bagno andava a scatti;
-vetro del bagno sporco.
