Location change was not somewhere I would have ever stayed
Pros:

Upon arrival, I learned it was fully booked and they moved me to another hotel. That was terrible.

Uncaring staff and the whole hotel needs a good cleaning.
Cons:

The room was not very clean, especially the floors. I asked for the floors to be mopped because they were dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned before we came in. It took asking 3 times and an entire week to get it done. Interestingly enough that’s when they do the normal cleaning each week. Also, we were not told at check in we would have to come get our own clean towels, toilet paper, and take out our trash. Keep that in mind when booking.

Ghetto! I couldn't rest!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen inside the room. Very spacious!

Cons:

Thin walls, we could hear EVERYTHING. Our neighbors were so loud being intimate it was like they were in our room. People running down halls screaming and stomping loud. Ceiling in hallway was missing, when we got there the elevator was not working, so my daughter and I had to go up 2 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. People hanging in the parking lot with tables, bbqing, music playing loud and staring looking suspect. Room was not fully clean, dirt stains in tub and hair. When we checked in, the person on duty was outside smoking, literally had to see us coming in but we still had to ring the bell. Just ghetto!

Location was a plus. 5-10 minutes away from everything

Cons:

Shower head held together by electric tape (I'm not kidding). Notifying staff went NOWHERE, not even an apology

This hotel is super nice and just opened up! It's really close to everything you'd need, and it totally has all the stuff for you and your family to have a great time.10 out of 10 would recommend.

Ended up not staying due to circumstances
Cons:

Check in time was 3pm, our room was not ready till after 4:30pm. Ended up not staying there due to bad smell on floor and room. It was a conjoined room so the room beside us the guests were very loud.
