I stay on Jun 28 / 1 nt sty check out same day at abt 7.45pm due to the football tournament end up early. To my suprise on Jun 29, I rcvd call abt 3pm asking whether I've already chk out.FYI, we didn't rcvd any receipt of stay no doublt fulllpaid online.However, they did refund back the wheelchair of MYR 100.So:

The room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was cold. Water pressure was great and service by the staff was friendly and attentive. The onsen is a unique experience and the in-house spa massage was good. I ordered room service for a snack and it tasted great. There is a 7 Eleven in the lobby as well for any last minute shopping/snacks. The mall it is connected to is pretty bare bones, but they do have some restaurants and shops open.
Would definitely come back to try Sora next time!
The parking can be confusing. Only level 3 and level 3M is able to access directly to the hotel, which is in the multilevel parking. However only level 3 is able to access the hotel as the exits on level 3M are all locked.
It is a bit far from other shops in the area requiring transport, however the hotel itself is well equipped with a mall, convenience store, and restaurants like Sora where you don’t necessarily need to leave the hotel to specially access.
