Family room - the double-dacker bed for kids

Swimming pool for kids. My kids really enjoy

Easy access to KSL mall

Cons:

Need to put bidet in the lobby's toilet. Necessary for Malaysian 🙂

There are uncomfortable smell in our family room.

nice view and good service

Cons:

i booked a room that comes with coffee maker but i didn’t get any . and during my arrival there’s panties on the hairdryer that wasn’t mine . but to avoid any issues i just take it and throw it into the rubbish bin. but hope after this can be more alert with the room before guest arrives.

Pros:

The greeny view. Smooth check in, friendly staff at counter. Very clean and tidy.

Cons:

This feedback is provided with the intention of supporting quality enhancement and continuous improvement. Aircond need to be service, temp 16c full blow but not cool. Parking stated in booking apps pricing include extras which is one parking spot for one vehicle however during check in being told need to park at public parking with charge. Check out on apps stated 12pm-1pm but at counter stated before 12pm.
