WORST EVER EXPERIENCE

SPOKE TO NO PROVIDED BY BOOKING.COM ( IT WAS A OYO CALL CENTER NO ) THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDED PROPER ADDRESS LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LATER MAILED ME A GOOGLE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY AND A MOBILE NOOF THE PROPERTY ....THERE WAS NO SUCH HOTEL AT THE LOCATION PROVIDED AND PHONE NO PROVIDED WAS OF AGAIN OYO HOTELS.....AND NO ONE ABLE TO HELP ME TO FIND MY HOTEL I SPENT 2HRS FINDING ANOTHER SUITABLE HOTEL AT MUCH HIGHER PRICE ... CANT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK FROM BOOKING.COM ANY MORE

this is a fraud hotel do not book, i had a booking, this hotel do not has any contact no, the landline no provided does not get picked, hotel sent me a mail to make payment to confirm the booking, i made the payment, then they did not received the phone call, address provided on the booking.com is of another hotel which deneied the check in saing this is not our hotel.
do not book to save your money.
booking.com customer care is also not reachable to solve your issue.

It was bad experience to book an online hotel. I have booked a room online and paid half payment when I reached the hotel They asked me to pay more than the half I paid That amount was 3 times more than I booked it online

very unprofessional - will likle to spend little more money to get better service and facilities.
Pros:

only the location which is less than 1 km from yashobhumi sector-25 metro station, about 300 m from the main highway and about 1.5 km from the convention center.

Cons:

1. Wifi inside the room was very poor signal;
2. on continuous follow-up for 2 days, the staff could arrange for a password of another wifi which signal was ok inside the room.
3. very unprofessional attitude of staff towards any issue - there is never a hurry to solve any problem. But the issue is in the design itslef and so the staff is always busy attending one or the other issues.

I sincerely hate Oyo and this Booking.com.
You guys don't have shame at all. You guys didn't gave me. The payment was done 2 months before. The hotel person said that we already informed booking and Oyo but still they sent u here.
