Was ganz besonderes im Herzen der Großstadt
Pros:

Großartiges Hotel, Toller Garten, Beste Lage. Super Frühstück. Wirklich ein Ort zum Verweilen. Absolut zu empfehlen. 😊

Cons:

Persönlich habe ich einen Fahrstuhl vermisst.

A hidden gem

One of the hidden gems in Mitte. Nice cosy rooms, great location, and a really lovely garden inside. A lovely cat lives there.

Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location (10 minutes from the train station by tram, and close to many other tram conmections) but despite being in the centre, it is super peaceful and quiet. I had a garden room and could sleep with the window open at night without earplugs, which is rare in a big city. I massively appreciate that!

The garden itself is lovely, and there is a small self service bar where you can make some coffee/tea/take a drink and drink it outside. They also have a cat, and all the staff were super nice.

Cons:

The curtains in the room were see through, I was glad I bought an eye mask because I would not have been able to sleep without it. Blackout curtains or blinds should be a must tbh.

My room was also not as nice as the rooms in the photographs, and you could tell that the bathroom was quite old (the radiator for example was yellow and a bit rusty with age).

Great atmosphere with garden.

Cons:

I liked garden room, but not the light and sound isolation. Curtains didn't prevent garden light to come in. Also, neighbours smoking next to the window was unpleasant as smoke felt in the room.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und gute Lage.

Cons:

Aufwändig die (richtige) Rechnung zu erhalten. Zimmerfenster ist bei der Nähe zur Straße nicht wirklich zu öffnen; dafür ist der Preis zu hoch für dieses Zimmer (trotz Lage).
